Great customer service and very helpful. We searched every tile store on State College Blvd (and even more) for over a month before finding American Tile. Everyone there was always friendly, knowledgeable and responsive - especially our sales person Vanessa and the owner Mo who went overboard to give us the best price and accommodate our needs. They were very competitive with their pricing and we are very pleased with their customer service. We had been to too many places where people knew very little about their tile. We just purchased our porcelain tile from their newest line "Surface Art", which we just picked up today. It looks beautiful and we are even more happy to see "Made in Italy" stamped on the tile. It really appears to be a quality tile. It was delivered on time just like they said it would be and it was wrapped very well. Although we haven't opened the boxes, it looks like they handled them with kid gloves. We only wish we had found American Tile sooner because we made the unfortunate mistake of placing our first order with Italgres, who took our order but did not properly secure our tile which was sold to someone else. It took us another 2 weeks of scouring every store on State College before we found what we were looking for at American Tile. We are so grateful. Thank you Mo & Vanessa.
