"Thank you for giving us the opportunity to respond to this complaint. On January 17th, we were requested by the customer to do the annual filter change on her drinking water unit that she owns. We completed the annual inspection and replaced the filters. When we left the home, there were no leaks. Unfortunately, we are not able to foresee a leak. We insure that is it not leaking when we leave. Three weeks later and water is "running full force" would result in damage immediately. If it happened when we were there and her description is correct that it was "running full force", her house would be flooded. Since the customer owns the equipment and the plumbing, our resolution was to replace all the plumbing valves, which she states we did, at no additional charge to her. We regret this happened, but it could be the result of her bumping it with a dish rack in and out, or the chemicals that are often stored under the sink."
