ALL STAR RAIN GUTTERS

I was very happy with the performance of All Star Rain Gutters. Ryan DePrizio is the company owner, estimator, and installer. He and his employee showed up on time and did a great job. I'd happily use them again.

I called Ryan and left him a message on a Tuesday. He called me back within a couple of hours and was at my home a couple hours after that to give me an estimate. He was very friendly and was not at all a hard seller. After getting another bid, I confirmed with Ryan on Friday afternoon that we wanted to hire him. By Tuesday at 1pm we had new gutters and downspouts. Ryan did all the work himself and made sure I was happy before he left.

Ryan was responsive to my message and came out right away for an estimate. He gave us a great price and provided good options for our strange roof pattern on our 1926 home. He even hooked up a large rainwater barrel for us. He is a nice guy and did great work.

On the scheduled day, it had been raining all night and had just stopped raining when Ryan called. He said it was raining fairly hard where he lived, but I told him it was clearing up at our house (I guess it's difficult to clean gutters in the rain). He said he would come out and hopefully the weather would be good. He came and worked non-stop for about 5 hours. He showed me the gunk he got out of the gutters, which looked like mud pie. He had carefully collected all the debris in a large plastic bag. He said he sealed a couple of joints and showed me where he added two splash guards. He told me that this should solve the problem, and when it rains again, if we have any trouble, to call him. He was timely, professional, courteous, reasonable, and left the work areas very clean. In fact, he cleaned up after others had been on our roof--he said he found bolts and nuts from workers who just completed installation of solar panels on our roof. He also trimmed the branch on a palm tree for me at no charge. I would hire him again in a heartbeat and would recommend him to others without hesitation.

Ryan the owner of All Star Raingutters came out to give us a price to clean and inspect the rain gutters on one of our rentals. His price was very competetive so we scheduled for the following week. He came out on 11-04-10 to clean out the rain gutters. He found a couple issues with the existing rain gutters, which he fixed for free!!

We choose All Star Raingutters to install our gutters for two main reasons: 1) Ryan actually talked us out of spending extra money on raingutter leaf and debris gutter guards 2) Ryan's quote was the lowest of 4 quotes that we got and we were convinced he would do a good job even though his price was the lowest.

Ryan showed up on time to provide the estimate. He answered all my questions and addressed concerns that other companies did not. All Star Raingutters price wasn't the cheapest, but very competitive. Their quality of work and honesty was priceless. I would highly recommend them!

Ryan came out and gave us an estimate promptly. We scheduled the service date which had to be pushed back a couple times due to the recent rains but that was fine with us. He and an assistant showed up on time, were prepared with all the supplies needed and were pleasant and respectful. His repair work was high quality and looks great. He took the initiative and offered to paint the wood that had been exposed and damaged. He even gave us pointers on how to keep the gutters clean going forward.

It had been raining unusually hard for days and my gutters were leaking and needed replacing. I contacted All Star Rain Gutters requesting an estimate, through a link on Angie's List. Ryan Deprizio got back to me the same evening! I asked him if it was possible for him to come out the upcoming Saturday. He said yes and got back to me as promised with the time that he would be out here. He showed up on time that Saturday. He asked me what I needed done, where I wanted the downspouts and advised me on what should be done to control the runoff from the downspouts. He then proceeded to take measurements and took a moment to write up an estimate. I was pleased with the estimate he gave me and he said he could start work that Wednesday. The rain held the job up a little, but through the whole process, Ryan kept in contact with me and apologized for the delay. When the gutters were done I could not believe what a difference they made to the appearance of the house. They look beautiful! I was very pleased with the work that was done, but most of all by Ryan's responsiveness and professionalism. I never got that "I'm doing you a favor" vibe from him at all. He offered help and advise willingly.

They have done 2 jobs for me out of 3. They were very professional and showed up on time. They did what they said they would do and their prices were very aggressive. There are a couple of minor problems and they are going to solve those as well. The technician was willing to help us and I didn't have to worry about anything. We contacted him and he was talking to us about getting back to us today if he felt better, as he had flu. They have done very well for us. He is yet to work on my third house and that would cost me around $400.

Contacted Ryan and he came out the next day to meet with me. We discussed different material, color, and downspout options. Settled on a basic aluminum gutter design with 8 downspouts. He set a date to come out and do the work (about one week later). Install went well and the gutters look great!

The whole process was so easy. Ryan is great...he picked out the colors to match the house. The install took about 3 hours and they work very well!!!

Ryan represents his company well. After getting an initial bid, I realized that we should have them do some additional work. Ryan came again to adjust the estimate and said he could do the required work. He was always timely and professional. We are happy with his work.

I was and still am impressed with the work performed and the rain gutters themselves. People don't notice the gutters as they are exactly the same color as the trim, they are seamless and do not stand out in the least! Ryan and Randy installed the gutters in one afternoon after my home was almost finished. They did a beautiful job, noticed a roof leak, which they reported to me and then fixed it without incident. I am very pleased with Ryan DePrizio. He is upstanding, knowledgeable, good with his prices versus cost and has high integrity. It was a pleasure dealing with he and his companies.

I was impressed how closely the gutters matched the paint on the house. It did match. I had to reschedule on them, no problem. Ryan always answered the phone, the job was done in a few hours, and looks good. I'm also having artificial turf put in, so if Ryan needs to come back to change the last downspout in the backyard, he indicated his willingness to return and change the downspout, depending on what the turf guys do with the drain. I scheduled the work on a one-week house hunting visit to San Diego in November and the job was done in January at my request. I truly appreciate his keeping the estimated price the same despite the time gap I needed between estimate date and work date.

They were professional, the quality of the installation was great, and the price was quite a bit cheaper than the other estimates we obtained. We were very happy with the installation.
