Patio Service, Concrete Repair
Gave extremely low bid, undercut other bids by half. Signed contract. I was extremely thorough. Once on the job, complained that the scope expanded, which it didn't. It never changed from architectural and engineering plans. Tried to portray all things going bad so he could upcharged all change charges and recoup the low bid loss. This is his normal mode of operation. Poured concrete, never came back to remove forms which took my husband about 18 back breaking hours to do because of the concrete build up around them that should have been removed that day. Concrete has a big crack and rust spots showing through in another area where they put the rebar in incorrectly.
