My first time to use Home Advisor - told what I needed (heating) matched a pro within the area. I read all the reviews, all positive with customer satisfaction as well as a quote of job before hiring him. Came on a holiday (Vet's. Day) and found the problem within a hour (replaced ignitor on the unit) Professional and informative with his job and I will use him when my A/C needs to be checked.

Diagnosed the problem with my air conditioner within 20 minutes, gave me an estimate and fixed the problem quickly. Very satisfied with the service.

The options were laid out realistically - that is, an attic coil may need eventual replacement. The addition of refrigerant and sealer was enough to get the AC working again. He cleaned the outside unit by hosing it down. Yes, he went up into the attic unlike the idiot from Home Depot who was busy doing a "hard sell" for major replacement units with SEER 14 rating at $10K plus (including the furnace which was not broken).

I got online to find a AC repair service but before I got off line Ken Called and made a appointment, he came out and did a immediate simple repair replacing a capacitor, prior service would have charge more based upon the previses repair contract, in the future if I need a service I will call him.

Air conditioning quit and we saw them on line and called. Got an appointment for very next day. They were on time, got right to work and within minutes let us know what the problem was. He fixed it and informed us we didn't need anything else. He was done within an hour and all worked well. I would, and will, recommend this company to anyone that has a problem!

Ken identified the problem wasn't with the AC unit, but with my home's electrical panel breakers. He made necessary fixes, got the AC unit up and running, performed maintenance in record time. I really appreciated Ken's flexibility in working around my schedule - fast response with 108 degree heat and no AC!

I live in Southern California, my mother-in-law lives in Stocton. Ken and I arranged his service and repair entirely over the phone. He contacted her and arranged his visit. The repair was very good and my she was very pleased with Ken's service. This is a good guy, period.

My a/c went out on the HOTTEST day. Ken tried to come out but by the time I decided to hire him, he had an appt and couldn't make it out but he did come by at 8 am the next day. A/C is working!

Ken arrived early, explained everything to us in detail, didn't mind me watching him the entire time--to see what I didn't know/had been unable to fix. Very courteous, and well worth the bill.

I'm am always very apprehensive when I see too many very high ratings, but in this case they were right...Ken also worked with the manufacturer to receive replacement for leaking evaporator core under warranty. I now have work scheduled with him for the near future...

He was prompt, courteous, and knowledgeable Ken was very thorough in the investigation of our AC needs. He clearly explained what was needed. He worked efficiently and went out of his way to get the necessary repairs done quickly. He was reasonable in his pricing and provided excellent service. He was able to do some needed repairs on our heating system as well, while keeping within the estimated price for the AC service. Will definitely call him again when service is needed.
