AC stopped cooling, searched Home Advisor, Ken replied within hours and scheduled that morning. He fixed to condenser. The fan Ken replaced stopped working after a couple of hours, I called him, he researched the new issue and fixed the next morning. No extra charge. He is friendly, professional, and affordable.

Ken sold me a thermostat that I did not need or want. Charged me 40.00 for one that comes with wall heaters that are purchased, He did find that the problem was the wiring to the thermostat. He repaired that but insisted I needed a different one. I explained that my thermostat worked great for 2 Years and I loved it. Just would not listen to me. Put it on anyway. Hated it. Put the old one on the next day. Works great. Love it Thank you Ken for finding the problem. Shame on you for selling a crappy thermostat that was free to you but charged me 40.00. I worked at Lumberjack for 15 yrs. I know the crappy thermos that come with wall heaters that nobody wants. They have their own. That thermo is now in the garbage. My old is now up and running great. Ken, do not sell something when the customer says they don't want it. Do not up sale when not needed. You would have got a super rating if it was not for that thermostat

I prefer to work with smaller, independent contractors because they tend to be more receptive and responsive to my needs. Ken was no exception. My thermostat went out, so my heater wouldn't work. No one else was available until Monday. Ken came out on Sunday and replaced my thermostat. He patiently and cheerfully answered my questions too. He was very professional and left me feeling confident in his work. I would use his service again and recommend his service.

I hate to spend money, so spending almost $300 before I even left home that morning was annoying but well worth it.
