Ken's Air

I had another company come out for estimate, the man took one look at the system and said he had never seen anything like it, did nothing spent and hour mostly scratching his head, Ken came out after conversation on the phone for about 40 mins. said he was my man and yes he got the job done .. started with the smallest possible problem and on and on until the problem was fixed. I now have a working system again.. I will have him come out and keep it in good working condition.. thank you Ken, Sandi

Ken was very prompt and handled our problem in a very professional manner. While our air conditioning unit is old and on its last legs he was able to get us up and running while keeping us advised that it may not last for long. It has been a week and we are still getting cold air! Thank you Ken. We will definitely call you when the system has to be replaced.

Ken repaired my AC unit. Ken was punctual and very efficient with time. He arrived on time as he promised. He provided excellent customer service and I would recommend him, and I will use him again. I was impressed that he provided a follow up call the next day, to make sure that the AC unit was operating properly.

Found Kens Air on this site and hired him because of the reviews from customers in addition to the fact he is owner operator of his own business. Called Ken in the morning and he met me that day when I got home from work. Ken diagnosed the problem with the AC and made his recommendation on replacement of unit. He was out the next day and had it up and running before i got home. I did my homework and am convinced he saved me a great deal of money. Installation is critical for AC units and he did a excellent, clean job. I would not hesitate to refer him to anyone i know. Ken did a great job.

He installed a new outside unit very quickly and good cleanup. Would have received 5 except for the fact that he quoted a price but the write up price was $200 higher. He should not do that to the customer. I could not refuse because the hot weather was unbearable for my tenants.

I checked Home Adviser for air conditioning service and Ken called back the same day. He arrived on time for our appointment, diagnosed the problem, and fixed it right then. We had used another service and were given bogus info on what we needed and they did not even do the service we had paid for. Ken was honest and open to our questions. His advice was received with gratitude and we will be having him back for future maintainence or any problems with our heating and air system. We recommend him to everyone!
