MISSING PET DETECTIVES

We called Missing Pet Detectives on a Sunday and Deborah returned our call within a couple hours.  She was very sympathetic and helpful and asked many questions about our cat.  She gave use several suggestions about searching for her.  We said that we were interested in engaging her and her tracking dogs to see if we could find some clues.  Deborah gave us a quote or $400 for an extensive search and we agreed.  She told us how to collect a good scent sample for her dogs and we did so.  She arrived on time the next morning with multiple search dogs.  Her dogs were rescues from local shelters/organizations.  Pretty cool.  After meeting Deborah and her first dog (Riley), and letting Riley get oriented Deborah gave Riley a piece of motivational cheese and told her it was time to get to work and gave her a quick quick whiff of the sample.  Wow!  Riley found the scent and tracked it around our house and to a place in the fence in less than a minute.  Deborah let Riley follow the trail as far as she could down a natural area behind our house.  We discussed where it went and possibilities for continuing the search there.  Deborah then got Lucas for a "second opinion".  Lucas was just as impressive as Riley.  Lucas found some clues nearby that were very helpful in figuring out what happened.  Deborah offered to reduce her fee because they didn't have to work very long.  We thought they earned all of it and we came to a compromise.  I can't thank Deborah, Riley, and Lucas enough for their help.  I can't recommend them enough for their professionalism, and capability.  More people need to know about this service.  Then we could get reunited with more of our lost friends.
