Angie's Custom Housecleaning

Very poorly. Angie's List cannot be relied upon to provide providers that will actually perform the work - or even bother to call to schedule or do the work! Very poor indeed. I bought a service a few weeks ago, set three appt options. Provider never called. I sent in a complaint and received a refund and an email stating that Angie’s List evaluates providers. This has proven to be bunk. I tried contacting another provider. This time before spending any money I decided to call the provider first. Left 2 messages. Never received a call back to discuss the job. Either the economy has become too strong to support small jobs or you or your providers are just not interested. Either way, Angie’s List has lost my support. I want a refund of my subscription fee I paid in December. If not I will be in contact with the BBB. Robert Vietri [email protected]

She showed up on time both times I have used her services. She brings all supplies, but uses my vacuum and Shark for the floors. Last time, when she finished a little early, she suggested she wash the large picture window. She is just wonderful. I am happy to have found her.

I contacted Angie to talk about cleaning the common areas in a home shared with my college student and two roommates. Between them, they have both a cat and dog. We knew that pet hair was an issue and we wanted a thorough cleaning of the house, a cleaning that would pass a landlords' inspection. I called Angie and talked with her at length about the scope of the work, and she quoted me a high and low estimate based on our conversation. She was able to do the job when we needed it and at a price for which I was comfortable paying. Since I do not actually live in Tucson, my college student who lives in the home, also spoke with Angie and added appliances to the mix. The feedback I received from my child was that Angie did a very good job and the house both looked and smelled great. Angie also provided us with and updated price for future cleaning services. In our case, it also helped that she provides her own cleaning supplies. We definitely will use Angie again soon.

We called Angie for a trial housecleaning and couldn't wait to have her back the next month. Everything was professional yet personal and completely acceptable. She does more than my wife ever did in many of the tasks. I can't speak highly enough of her, even though I was the one who was reluctant to have someone come in to do housecleaning.
