Roger arrived and was very up front and helpful when repairing the leak in my shower. He was willing to show me what to do and advise me on how to obtain replacement parts for other fixtures in my house should another leak like the one in my shower occur. Never before have I experienced such a forthright, honest and helpful plumber. I would not hesitate to recommend or hire Abacus again if necessary.

I cannot think of a thing I'd say is lacking. Professional, friendly, on time and responsive in all communication, knowledgeable and willing to teach us what they were doing. Advised us on parts we needed to replace the trim fixtures in two bathrooms, installed them all quickly and efficiently. Nick and Bob were great!

To Whom It May Concern; I am writing this letter to thank you for all the SUPERB plumbing work that Bob, Ti & Roger have done on my property. Please be informed that I will use no one but your business for any further plumbing issues. I will also advise anyone that I know who has plumbing issues, to use your company. Having a bit of a precarious situation here, I found Bob to be the most sensitive individual that I had an estimate from. He also understood my situation & went over everything with me from start to finish. I had 7 estimates in all, FYI. Your estimate was not the least, however because of Bob's presentation & sparkle & sensitivity to the problems, you got the job. There is one more issue to be dealt with & Bob told me that Ti would be over sometime in the near future to deal with it. That works for me fine. It is not a big deal @ all. Bob & I spoke about it & that is good enough for me. It can wait to be dealt with by Ti, for Bob did not have the appropriate items needed to complete the project. I am most pleased with the work done. I am most pleased with the respect shown me & my husband. I would love to see your company take over this town. You're an honest company, who keeps your word.
