Even though we do not have any signs of termite infestation inside or outside our house, i opted for a termite protection with holes drilled through the stem wall and in adjacent concrete slabs. TK was our technician and he thoroughly planned his appproach and then efficiently completed the work in about 2 and 1/2 hours. There is a 5 year warranty and they state their availability to respond to my questions and concerns. Time will tell.

The gentleman who provided the service was professional, took the time to explain the problem he encountered, how he took care of it, and the products he used. He also said I could contact him or the main office if I had followup questions or concerns. I will definitely call for him again if I have another problem.

Although the pick-up part of the service was a little "rocky" because of apparent internal miscommunication, the company eventually made things right. The critter survived the live-trap removal to a better home somewhere other than underneath my house.

The project is not completed as yet. I have a Bat removal issue and the Bat's can't be dealt with until after Sept 1st. So far I have been impressed with their quick response, evaluation of the situation and hopefully a fix for my problem. Based on my experience so far I would recommend University Pest Control.
