I called Twin Lake Air for a quote to replace the 7 year old inducer motor on my furnace after being told by another contractor that my motor was bad and needed to be replaced. Their quote was considerably less. They arranged to pick up the motor and install it the next day. When they arrived to install the motor, I asked them to please confirm the motor was bad by checking the amperage. After testing the motor the tech called the office and advised them my motor did not need to be replaced. They offered me the opportunity to only pay for a service call and would return the motor even though I was prepared to pay to replace the motor. I sincerely appreciate their honesty and they wll be my HVAC service company going forward.

Called Twin Lakes for a second opinion after another contractor told us we needed a new compressor. Their quote for the compressor was considerably less than the other firm. When Twin Lakes diagnosed the problem they discovered that we did not need a new compressor. They fixed our system for less than half of the other provider's quote. They did a great job at a very reasonable price. R. Hoff Saddlebrooke, AZ

They identified an installation problem from another contractor and upgraded our system from 110V to 220V. They also added a water filter to help maintain the system by helping to prevent mineral deposit buildup. They also diagnosed a circuit board problem with a faulty fill valve and replaced/repaired. Our house humidification finally works as designed. We are extremely grateful and pleased with Twin Lakes Air. Their perseverance, diligence and professionalism are hard to find these days. We will use them again and highly recommend them.

So far the Goodman system is working well. I have not had an opportunity to use the air conditioning. I have confidence in their installation and support. They are a small company that the owner is involved w/ the installation. The company was recommended by neighbors.

Very responsive service. Owner discussed types and brands and picked up the new water heater from Home Depot the next morning. Installed the new and removed the old. Great service.

Mark from Twin Lake advised me on selecting a new water heater. He installed it on time in a very professional manner. I have used Twin Lake for my A/C service for the past 4 years and they have always been honest, professional and very fairly priced. I will certainly use them again.

They had to do a repair. The price included the visit and the repair. I've been paying 500 a year to have my two units checked. He said he could do the inspection over an hour and for only 70.00. He was recommended to me by Southwest Gas, I don't think they'd recommend someone not satisfactory. I've been pleased, over all with this company.

Very ethical company. I received multiple quotes from companies. All other companies tried to sell me new ac units, but when asked if new units would take care of the problem of the room not cooling, they all admitted that our chief issue of a warm room would not be resolved. I would highly recommend Twin Lakes Air.

Mark Mackey with Twin Lakes Air is wonderful.  It was just before Christmas, we were expecting guests for the holiday, our heat pump started making an incredible racket - we were afraid to turn the heat on.  Mark took our call, fit us in his very busy schedule, diagnosed what the problem was and fixed it.  Not only was he generous with his time and knowledge, he was very patient explaining the issues.  At the end of the day we had a very warm holiday season thanks to Mark.  I would recommend him to anyone without any hesitation.C Brockey
