The craftsmanship and customer service were amazing.  They worked within my time frame and went above and beyond to install the granite in our vacation home located 4 hours away.  We were so impressed we decided to remodel our kitchen in Tucson and used them as well.  Our kitchen was very complex and they had the machinery that made it look perfect.  One of the biggest selling features for us was the fact that they template the kitchen with laser technology so they don't have to rip your kitchen apart.  They were able to demo and install everything within the same day!!  Everything was very smooth from sales to install.  We felt like the pricing was very fair and the customer service was second to none.

We were in a huge rush to get our master bathroom completed and Tucson Stoneworks was very willing to work within our budget and time frame. The installers arrived on time, finished the work quickly and were very polite and professional. The results are beautiful!

I couldn't be happier with my new kitchen countertop and sink. They did an absolute wonderful job!! Everything I asked for (plus a little more) was delivered on time and at a great price. Plumbing downtime was so minimal. The estimates I received from 3 other companies could not even come close to that downtime. Great installation crew-very professional and tidy!! They have my "highest recommendation".

I had an excellent experience with them. I would recommend them. The installers were good. The whole taking out of the old counters and putting in of the new counters was done in one day. They went out of their way to accommodate us. The salesperson was very easy to reach. There were no issues and he was very flexible, in terms of working with us to come up with a solution to some of our unique problems we had here. It was overall a good experience. They was no pressure from the salesperson at all.

Barclay Brown of Tucson Stoneworks, met with us twice at a granite showroom and assisted in the selection of granite. He was helpful in explaining the 2cm and 3cm granite processes. Also, helpful in locking in our granite selection, as popular granites can disappear out of the warehouse quickly. We met with Barclay to inspect a shipment in granite in the style we wanted and he scrutinized the many slabs to match the two best pieces.
He was at ease and yet helped assure us, what we wanted in our design layout was doable without a problem. His suggestions for bar depth and curvature at end were spot on. We surprised him with our choice of two different edges for our own personal aesthetics. Kitchen counters in 'eased.' Raised bar with 'crescent.'
We were fortunate that he had a window for quick turnaround after template. Installed by his experienced crew within 3 days after template. There were a couple slight miscalculations, that were easily compensated for. Since we are tiling the back splash, the slight area of gap near the sink will never be seen again. Oh, and our two edges look great and blend almost unnoticed unless we tell someone about the difference.
We are very pleased with our granite installation and the quality work done by Tucson Stoneworks, LLC. (We never give and quot;Aand quot; rating for pricing, because No One is ever as low in price as we'd like them to be ... :-/
