AMAZING! I called for a quote and Mark was at our house within a hour to give us an estimate. He was super responsive and gave us a great price - much better than any other vendor we spoke with. One thing that really stood out was that he didn't nickel & dime us to death. All the other companies wanted to charge for any missing tack strip and any additional work that needed to be done. Mark was willing to offer a COMPLETE service with everything included. On the day of installation, a crew of 3 arrived exactly on time and were extremely friendly. They worked very hard to make sure the installation went well and took extra time to make sure every detail was perfect! We were thoroughly impressed! We only got 2 rooms of carpet but it looks like the whole house was re-carpeted! We truly appreciate the professionalism of the whole team. It's something we don't see often these days and can't recommend them highly enough!

It was a wonderful experience!!!Mark,James and Mike were perfection personified. They arrived on schedule, did what they had to do in a friendly and professional manner. They replaced heavy furniture that they had moved,and vacuumed when the job was done. I would use them again in a heartbeat.

Everything went perfectly. They moved all of our furniture without a scratch or problem, and even remembered where it went when they put the pieces back. They cleaned up after the job and left us with a well-vacuumed carpeted area. In addition, they cleaned up the tile/wood floor areas so the house was in better shape when they left than when they arrived. Mark and his staff are very professional and respectful. I'd highly recommend Mark's Carpet Service to my friends and family. They did a wonderful job! Cost of service includes all materials and labor.

The crew was prompt and professional. They dealt with a subfloor issue in a very sensible and timely manner. Nearly all of their work was of the highest quality. A couple of places on curved stairs did not turn out quite as well as we hoped. We're sure that they will make every effort to address it. We have complete confidence in their follow through.

Mark and his worker did a very professional job with the re-install. He added a second row of carpet "tac." He was able to fit the rug up against my bathroom tile perfectly. Seams were sealed nicely between the bedroom and the closet and at the entrance to the room. In addition, he repaired a small corner of one of my landings on the stairs so well, you can't see the seam at all, and he also fixed a bulge on another stair. He was very responsive and accommodating to my schedule and needs, which I greatly appreciated.

mark and his crew arrived on time the day the work was to be done. They were courteous, professional and efficient. Although the work required them to be in multiple rooms in the home the intrusion was minimal. I would highly recommend Mark to anyone needing this type of service and would certainly use his team again.

As a busy, working single mom, I really appreciated Mark and his team's professionalism and exceptional customer service. Having three bedrooms upended all at once was not nearly as stressful as it could have been for me and two teenagers. It was so worth the fantastic job they did installing our beautiful carpet! They went way beyond my expectations by attending to small repairs around closet runners and making sure all entrances and edges looked flawless. They were prompt, courteous, very efficient, and kept me posted on progress all during the job. They finished on time and left the areas cleaner than they found them. They were very careful around walls and light fixtures when moving furniture and large carpet rolls. I would absolutely recommend Mark's Carpet Service to my friends and family. Thank you!

Mark was very professional and helpful. He went out of his way to make sure I got exactly what I wanted and that all my needs were met. He was on time and trustworthy.

Working with Mark was fantastic. I always like to work with small businesses. When the guy whose name is on the company shows up to do the job, he knows his name and reputation are on the line. Mark came out to my house after work and inspected the rooms. He brought carpet samples with him so I didn't have to go to any stores to pick out carpet. He suggested removal prior to install so I could do some painting and it worked out great. The install went fine, and Mark and his crew were professional and prompt, and didnt leave a mess behind as some contractors are known to do. The carpet looks and feels great. I dont anticipate any problems but its nice to know if something does come up I could call Mark directly and I'm sure he would take care of the problem. Try getting that service at a big box store!
