Working with Jeri was fantastic. She had standard installation options prepared in advance and was helpful in selecting between the options. This was very helpful because I had general ideas about what I wanted, but there were definitely specific choices that needed to made. Also, I had some particular requests which she immediately worked into the plan.
On the day that the workers came, they got to work quickly. Our backyard really was a mess, and they efficiently took care of everything. After seeing how much work it was to prepare the backyard, I am very glad that I decided to have professionals do the the work. Again, I had particular requests, and they just took care of it. I really appreciated leaving in the morning with a mess of a backyard and coming coming home with it completely finished. They did a great job!
A year later, we are really happy with our synthetic grass. Everyone who sees it comments on how nice it looks. On the cost, we knew we would be paying a reasonable amount of money for quality artificial turf, and we thought it was reasonable.
