These guys showed up right on time, did the work quickly and tuned up the swamp cooler - it's running exceptionally well now. One thing I really liked was that their website states clearly what they charge for a visit - it isn't a guessing game. I would definitely hire them again.

I had been very pleased with their work. Unfortunately, appointments are increasingly hard to get. Today, I had to schedule cooler start up a MONTH later.

It went excellently. First off, The Cooler Guys will WORK ON SAMSUNG refrigerators. If you start looking for service on a Samsung you will learn very quickly most people won't touch them. Richard did a great job finding the problem and fixing it for a very reasonable price. I highly recommend them because they did an excellent job for a reasonable price, and they work on Samsung.

It went very well. He was nice as could be. Took him a short time to figure out the one pump (from Ace) was too nig for the cooler and was continually tripping it (We didn't know the cooler has it's own circuit breaker up there). He put in the correct size pump; water flowed and the house is finally as livable as a swamp-cooled house in Tucson can be in August.

Cooler leaking onto roof and subsequently into house. Called company in afternoon and they were at house by dinner time and fixed problem. We installed a few parts incorrectly around xmas when we cleaned it out, and now that it is working constantly in the summer, they water started to back up.

After having a problem with our cooler, I called Cooler Guy and talked to Mike who sent his technician Ryan over. He quickly analyzed and fixed the problem. Before Ryan, our cooler was leaking into the house even though it was turned off. We thought it was the float since there aren't many parts to a cooler but our friend who installed the cooler said it wasn't. He was wrong and he's never touching our cooler again. Only Cooler Guy staff. I'd rather pay a professional for a job done right than run the risk of incompetence. Our friend didn't even volunteer to change the pads even though my husband is disabled and I wouldn't know what I was doing even if I didn't havea height problem. All in all, I'm extremely pleased with Cooler Guy and I'll be hiring them for all our cooler needs. Also, the cooler works better than it ever has and it's only three years old.
