The Navien WiFi link is worthless!

Their Customer Service kept me in the loop, advising me of when to expect the technician. My technician, Reggie, was great to work with. He installed my new garbage disposal and my new kitchen faucet that I had purchased a year ago but was having trouble finding a plumber who was willing to do such a small job. I now have the faucet I wanted and a new garbage disposal. I'm sure I will call them again if I have other projects.

What's there not to like! They were on time, courteous, professional, and fast. A big plus was how they explained in detail how they would do the job, and even more importantly, made recommendations that I had not even thought about. Thank you John, Eddie, Colton. & Danny!!

I feel good about the water heater replacement. Two technicians worked collaboratively on the installation. They did a good job, but after they left, I smelled gas. I called the company, and they sent a technician out immediately. He made a small adjustment, and it seems fine now. The cost was higher than I had hoped, but ultimately, I would hire this company again.

I'm remodeling my kitchen by myself but there are some tools I just don't have and the project required some very specific work performed both under the slab and up in the 2nd floor joists. The team was on time and even with a little project creep they knocked everything out in one day and for that is worth the money you pay. Plus I learned a few things to boot.

They overcharged me for installing a garbage disposal. I should have shopped around AFTER I let them do the work.

The installation was just finished today. So far everyone we've dealt with has been very professional. We received a text each time some one was to come to the house. They always showed up when expected. The installers were great. As of this date we're not sure how the system will perform.

I also had a new water heater installed. I'm very happy with the new sink and faucet. They brought the water heater up to code and it all looks great. Very friendly and professional.

Very knowledgeable plumbers, but the company donâ t itemize the labor and parts. The company will over charge for the work to be done. Search around for a company that is honest and wonâ t over charge you.
