Luis has an incredibly efficient work force, quiet, non-intrusive, all business (no loafing around). In addition, they trimmed back all the overhanging trees and hauled off the trimmings. They would arrive mid morning, get their tasks done, and leave. It took four days, which allowed for the drying time and successive coats. They even coated underneath the HVAC and satellite stand. I was very impressed. We had a good steady rain the next day, and we no longer had the scupper leak.

I could not be happier. Extremely professional. Explained everything that would be done. Used top of the line material. Arrived on time. Washed roof one day, applied first coat early the second day and applied second coat on the third day. Also comes with a 5 year transferrable warranty. I would, with any hesitation, recommend this company to anyone who needs roof maintenance or repair. Great experience.

They did an excellent job and they were very reasonable. They took good care of everything. They were prompt and very neat. Nothing was out of place.
