Dan came out within one day. He found the laiurce I’d the lead and patched the crack. He is very responsive and a pleasure to work with.

Dan and his crew did a superior job replacing my grandmother’s roof. The job was performed on time and on budget. The workmanship has certainly stood the test of time - 20 years and counting with no issues!

Dan Thatcher was very personable, yet professional. I needed help choosing the color and type of roofing material, and he was very helpful with that. He and his men came to do the work when they said they would. And in addition to replacing my roof, they also took the two swamp coolers off the roof and disposed of them for me. They did a great job ... the roof is beautiful and (unlike the old one) is rain-proof!

Very professional and knowledgeable.  Dan and team knew exactly what to do and how to accomplish the work.  Although this job was just 4 skylights, I'll contact him when it's time to replace my roof.  We also spent some time looking at my roof, and the delicate old-style tile over the front porch.  Dan pointed out that this particular old-style mexican tile is unavailable anymore and extremely delicate.   Dan gave recommendations on the current condition of the roof.  I'll definitely contact him again for future roof work.

I had wind damage to the roof of a rental property in Tucson. I asked Dan to inspect and give me an estimate.. He did a thorough inspection. He told me the composite tile had not been nailed down properly which contributed to the wind damage. He said it would NOT be the time to replace it all since it was still in good shape. He came out promptly when I called; we discussed the repair and he completed the work and showed me photographs of everything. I deal with multiple contractors for numerous properties. He's excellent and I will use him again.

Had to be called back 3 times to finish repairs not done correctly

Dan, the owner, was extremely responsive. He met with me within hours of my first phone call. He was professional, very knowledgeable, and honest. He was straight forward and up front about all his cost, but also aware of our limitations for funding the project as well. He worked with us to reduce costs and in the end we could not be happier with the final product.
I laughed at Dan when he said our roof would be beautiful when it was finished (as how could a white flat roof be beautiful), but now that it is done, it truly is beautiful! The crew put forth awesome craftsmanship and came up with the perfect solutions for indescribably bad problems. They cleaned up after themselves at the end of each day. At the end of the project, they cleaned up so well that there is no evidence of their presence other than the new roof.
I had reservations in the beginning, just because the project was so massive and the cost was high, but I would hire this company again with no problem and have already referred them to friends.

He was awesome! Very professional- no surprises during the roofing process and did not expect payment until the job was completely done. His guys worked full days and had it completed in 3 days. Awesome experience. Will recommend to anyone needing roofing repairs and/or replacement.

Dan came out the day I called and inspected the roof and offered a range of options to correct the leaks we were experiencing with our old roof. Came the next day with his crew and sealed up all of the cracks and flashing areas so our old roof could go a few more years. Since then we have had 2 big rains and no leaks!! Very pleased with Dan and his service.

His crew recoated my roof and also replaced a few wood boards and the
fascia board which wasnt an easy job. Looks like he did a great job. Il find out if we ever get any rain!

Wow! What a terrific roofer!
I called Dan originally to install a skylight tube through the kitchen roof of a home we had just purchased. At that time I had already contacted another roofing company that examined my roof and gave me a $2100 quote to reseal roof vents and add a new top coating to the existing roof.
When Dan got up on the roof to measure for the skylight, he called me up on the roof and pointed out al lot of problems with the roof that the other company had missed or ignored. The tile drainage tubes had no lining and were leaking down into the walls (as confirmed by water stains inside the house at those locations.) There were no and quot;cricketsand quot; (drainage channels) to direct water to the drainage tiles, so water was pooling all over the roof. The roof surface had eroded and needed to be replaced rather that just top coated.
I was able to do a proper repair of the roof instead of wasting money on a temporary and quot;fixand quot;. I also had him replace the shingled porch roof with a tile roof.
Work was done quickly and professionally. Dan and his team were friendly, yet very professional. No surprises and no extra costs. The work looks terrific and I have not had any leaks after several hard rains. Love the skylight and the new tile porch roof.
Dan has great integrity, honesty and is very enthusiastic when it comes to his work. I highly recommend him to anyone!!

He was great! He came out quickly to do the job. They did a wonderful job cleaning up. The crew was extremely respectful, too.
