real estate appraisal
+ -1 moreI will not recommend this company to other. They did not do their diligence to do the comparable for our house. Waste of money.
Description of Work: This company did the appraisal of our house in Vail, AZ for refinancing our mortgage. The appraisal value this company that they give us is unacceptable. The upgrades that made for our house were nor added and calculated.
