Russett Southwest has been serving the Tucson and surrounding areas since 1947. With integrity and honesty as our foundation, and customer service as our primary goal, we are proud to offer a variety of Tucson heating and air conditioning services. We have always provided comprehensive heating and air conditioning for residential new construction. For existing homes, we provide multiple maintenance programs, complete repair services, an extensive remodel and replacement department as well as complete indoor air quality services.

Description of Work: Replaced entire AC system, it was 23 years old. We have been customers for years and they installed the original AC system. There is no company in Tucson that will or can do a better job at a better price!

Description of Work: I used an Angie's List coupon for an AC tune-up. Marty arrived a at the scheduled time, put on shoe coverings and went to work. He explained what he was doing and was quiet and professional throughout his visit. As he was getting ready to drive away I ran out to stop him as I had noticed a light on the furnace electronic air filter was not on and thought it should be. He returned to the house and spent additional time troubleshooting the problem and ultimately fixing it. I would call Russett again.

Description of Work: They installed the heating A/C system when the house was built, so we used them when the A/C failed. After several visits over a year and a half they were never able to fix the problem. Perry was worse. Finally got it fixed by Hamstra.

According to our records, a bad control board was replaced on your system on 9/6/11, and a condensate leak repair was done on 8/22/13. Also, two coupon AC services (general maintenance services) were done on June 8, 2012 and June 7, 2013 that showed all system operations to be normal. We always try to provide the best service possible in repairing and maintaining HVAC equipment and we’re sorry that we fell short in our service to you. Description of Work: We have been using Russett for some time both with our primary house and also our rental. They are prompt and dependable always. When we wanted to changed out our AC/Furnace units, we got 3 bids including Russett. Pricewise, they were all fairly similar but Russett spent alot more time with us is determining which units were appropriate and they threw in some extras like new metal flooring for the furnaces. They took care of all the permits and TEP stuff. We liked the salesman who had been a HVAC tech for many years. The other salesmen were kind of slicky. I would absolutely recommend Russett.
