The company provided wonderful service from the first contact, estimate, removal of hail damaged roof, re-roof and follow-up inspection to ensure a proper completion. The workmen were very fast and fastidious, and their workmanship was very good. They were always courteous. Unlike contractors in other construction fields, the crews cleaned up after themselves daily. Neighbors with other roofing companies experienced prolonged project with questionable quality. We are very happy with their service. We would definitely hire them again.

If I could give 10 stars I would! They replaced our entire roof in one day, start to finish. Excellent workers and workmanship. Cleaned up all the mess and took it with them. On time, and they came a distance, Douglas, Az to Benson, Az. Polite and knowledgeable. We highly recommend using them. Even the company office personnel was excellent. All of the Roof Solutions crew members and staff were excellent. They did a fantastic job installing a new roof on our house---it looks beautiful! The one comment I would make would be to check the gutters and clear any large debris at the finish of the project. We had to do this on our own after they left. Otherwise, great job!!

Excellent customer service. They did several repairs and coated our roof in June. Thanks to the hot summer weather some areas needed touch up. We called and they were here the next day. The roof tech diagnosed the issues and fixed them all very satisfactorily. What meant so much was the great attitude and politeness of the office and our tech. He wore a mask to enter our house and was very good about telling us what needed to be done and he did a great job. I definitely recommend this company.

They did a great job and they were wonderful to work with. The contact person was very helpful and the workers went out of their way to make sure it was perfect and completed in a timely manner. I would definitely hire them again. (And, I hardly ever fill out these review forms--but, just had to this time because they were so exceptional.)

The company was very professional from the first time they answered their phone to my final email from them. The job was to remove the old asphalt shingles, inspect the decking (replace as needed) and install new shingles. Also remove old turbine ventilators and replace with ridgeline ventilation system. The materials were delivered on Tuesday and the job was finshed by Friday after noon of the same week. I had one issue with the way the ventilation system was installed. They said that, although that was how they always install them, if I wasn't happy they'd come back and do it so that I was happy. Which they did at no extra charge. Very professional but very friendly as well.

Roof Solutions provided an excellent experience in getting new shingles for my home. The staff was very professional and provided me with all of the answers to my questions. The workers assigned to my home were on time, courteous and left my yard clear of any debris. I would recommend this company and if needed will use this company for any future needs.
