Wonderful crew. Showed up on time every day. Worked all day. Showed us problems they ran into with our roof so we could decide what we wanted to do. They cleaned up every day when finished. They are the best!

The job was done on time in fact a little early. One of the other crews not Roof Solutions dropped shingles through a skylight and it was fixed the same day. The workers were professional and the cleanup was impeccable.

Many of our neighbors and friends have had roof leaks. Sometimes I would lie in bed at night trying to fall asleep wondering when we would have a leak and how much damage would occur inside our home when we did. Well, we decided to take action now rather than wait until we have a leak. I did lots of research and found a great company and product for our new roof. Tar paper is used by Robson as the underlayment for all our roofs here in Saddlebrooke. Tar paper dries out, cracks, and then leaks develop. Nails that hold the wood batten strips create holes in the tar paper and as the tar paper dries out, the nail holes create more leaks. A new underlayment product from APOC offers a 30-Year Warranty and does not contain any tar paper. It is called APOC Weather-Armor FT3. As the nails from the battens penetrate the Weather-Armor FT3, the Weather-Armor squeezes around each nail and seals it permanently. APOC Weather-Armor FT3 does not dry out and crack like tar paper. It stays soft and gooey inside. The special polymer is designed to seal the roof for 30 years. Unlike tar paper that is so easy to tear, I took a sample of Weather-Armor FT3 and tried with all my strength to rip it. Absolutely Impossible This stuff is really tough, sticky and gooey inside, and rip-proof. They do not do tar paper roofs they only use Weather-Armor FT3 underlayment. They stand behind their work with a 10-year labor warranty. One of the other roofing companies that uses tar paper that gave us a quote offered a 2-year labor warranty. Ernesto Loreto is the owner of Roof Solutions. He is super-nice guy and gave me a really great price to re-do my entire roof. I am absolutely delighted with the results. The crew was very careful, attentive to details, and did a great job. Even though we thought we had no leaks, it turned out that they found 4 leaks in our 13 year old tar paper roof. They replaced all the rotted wood and repainted it to match our existing overhang. I think we dodged a bullet by having the new roof installed now before we had any leaks that penetrated into our home interior. If you are thinking about a new roof, or worried about when you might have a roof leak, we highly recommend Roof Solutions. Ernesto came out and gave me a verbal quote. Quote was e-mailed to me right away and redone as I changed my mind deciding to have carport done as well. Ernesto was very knowledgeable and honest. He & his son Ernesto Jr. came out on the early side of the time frame they had given me. They along with their crew got the job done in less time than expected. They made sure that some bad decking was replaced and did not charge extra. They also added fascia boards on the front porch to make it look nicer. It was not in quote and did not cost extra. I had just finished a bad experience with another person so freaked out about something during the second day and Ernesto who was in route elsewhere; but, got here in short order. In the meantime I did more research and found out that things had been done correctly after all. Facts confirmed by what Ernesto said. He returned before the end of the job making sure everything was done to perfection. They went beyond my expectations. Looks great! Highly, highly recommend.

Did a lot of research before I hired a roofer, had a leak so required quick response. Ernesto visited to locate the leak and give me several options to correct the problem. Since the roof was 20 years old, I decided to replace the under laminate and replace cracked tiles. I had received other estimates, but decided to go with Roof Solutions because they were in line with other estimates. The reason I selected them was because of their good reputation, the professionalism of Ernesto's presentation and demeanor. The job started precisely the day and time we had agreed on. Workers arrived in clean, new trucks, and neat and clean company work clothes. Workers were friendly and got right to their job. Ernesto stopped in regularly to check work progress, and check in with me. I am satisfied with the quality of work, clean up, and professionalism of Ernesto and his crew. Enjoyed doing business with them, and would highly recommend them.

Ernesto was the only one who sat down with me and showed me what as happening with my roof. He explained everything that I had a question about. The crew as quick with what they did they were the second lowest estimate but the other company just came to the door went on the roof and the next thing I knew there was an email estimate..nothing more to explain. I asked to get three types of estimates one for full replace, second full overlay and third just replace the back. Nice thing about it was that the estimate was done before he left. Look a new roof is going to cost bucks just a fact. We all just want fair, with Roof Solutions that is what you get fair price and quality job. Thanks Ernesto

I'm a GC my self and I sub some work out to Roof Solutions that my company doesn't handle; as a professional they are VERY reliable and easy to work with- as far as being able to speak for my homeowners, they are all extremely pleased with the work.
