Estimator arrived as stated. Indicated in contract they would power wash and scrape to clear roof. Extremely poor job of power washing the roof and did not scrape to clear as there was loose debris all over the roof. They prayed emulsion very sporadically over a wet roof with debris. Contacted estimator and told him of the poor job. He advised the crew would finish cleaning up a few days later. They showed up and finished the entire job in one day. I wasn't notified that they were done and later found an envelope with the invoice indicating the final payment from my credit card. Several days later, I went on the roof and immediately saw large pieces of debris and loose nails that had been sprayed over with the final elastomeric coat. I called the office and told them of the debris on the roof and possible touch up spots. They did return and fix some of the areas and touched up the paint on the house due to elastomeric overspray. However, I'm not comfortable with the large pieces of debris that were sprayed over with the final coat. Some of the debris that was sprayed over has become loose. They could have done a better job of preparing the roof, specifically "power wash roof and scrape to clear", it seemed as though they were in a hurry to complete the job.
