All went well. Nate was masked and prompt. He serviced the A/C and blower in less than an hour. He gave me a quick update on future needs and e mailed the invoice and future work's estimate, all part of the VIP program.

Jorge was totally professional, friendly, conscientious and patient. It was a pleasure to have him at my house. I have never had a bad experience with RiteWay staff. Bravo!

Very well. Technician essentially informed me that the swamp cooler was DOA, and offered suggestions and advice if or when I would want to replace it. Technician did not charge full price as there wasn't much to be done since the existing cooler is out of service.

Great. Even in this world we exist in today they came out and performed the maintenance. They sent a tech named Steve Wannebo who took all precautions. He was extremely knowledgeable and professional.

Very well. Martine had the faucet fixed within an hour. My only complaint is that he said he would email a copy of the invoice and I haven't yet received it.

The job went very smoothly. My only concern was that the unit that I purchased turned out not to be a high efficiency model and I do not recall being made aware of that.
