They answered my messages and calls promptly, not like others who took days and weeks to respond. "The early bird gets the worm" guys!

We had our roof inspected for possible leaks and told it needed considerable work. The cost was very high and 1/2 was due up front. They were to start in a week. Just before work was to begin, they call and say it will be another 6-8 weeks before they could start.. we requested our money back and they started the next Monday. Work was going well until what was to be the last day when they called to say they needed another pallet of tile. It took several more weeks before they called to say the tile was in and they would be out the next day. The tile did not match and was put on the front side of the house. I would have understood if this was the back side especially if it was where our solar was to be put back on. In addition, they billed us for an additional $1,000. We have never spent this kind of money even for a complete new roof.. needless to say we are still not happy.

They were easy to get hold of, answered all questions, and performed the work efficiently. The workers were all very friendly.

Maybe a little impatient when its come to payment.

Rite Roofing did an excellent job. They replaced the underlayment under our tile, replaced the broken tiles and did all other necessary repairs. We appreciated that they cleaned up every day and always communicated any schedule changes, as we had the project done during monsoon season. All of the crew were awesome!

Right Roofing Co., Inc. not only did a great job for a very faitr price, they are honest, and I vreally appreciate that. I'll call Rite Roofing for ALL my roofing needs.

1st scheduled date was a bust because they had no plywood. 2nd visit, still no plywood, needed some, so used the partial sheet that was lining their truck bed. Good improvisation, poor preparation. But the leak is fixed, and that's a blessing.

Overall, I’m very happy with Rite Roofing’s work. I had a minor roof leak and their team completed the work in a fast and timely manner. The only thing was the communication with the office could better on scheduling. They are very prompt once they inspect and estimate the work, but between estimation and actual work I had to follow up a few times to confirm schedule, but totally understandable as they said they were busy. I would still recommend them and call them in the future.

Replacement of flat roof with parapets completed in 2 1/2 days, good communication with the estimator/supervisor and office mgr, estimate was complete and detailed - no surprises.

Took a week to schedule the work. However, everything was done quickly, efficiently and with quality.

On time, they kept their word on everything. They were easy to work with. Their employees were very professional.

We had some hiccups with the scheduling office but they made it right. Did a good job so far. The workers were on time, courteous and kept the area spotless. This was not a "low bid" job. They did what they said they would and appears to have been done well.

The office staff were wonderful on keeping you updated on appointment times. The crew that did the re-roof were friendly and hard working. The daily cleanup wasn't that great, but they got the job done and at a great price!

I check a few roofing companies that came out for estimate of missing shingles. Rite Roofing was the only one who saw other things that the other companies did tell me. I had wonder about things. Polite, friendly and professional too. When I called the office always was polite and friendly. If I had to leave a message they would call back fast. When the employees came out to fix shingles they were friendly and professional. Job was done in a short time being it was shingles that had to be replaced.

They were very good about communicating and seemed to work diligently.

Our roof looked great after it was done. Everyone we dealt with was very courteous. The roofer left our yard in excellent shape. We would definitely hire this company again!

The owner is a very caring soul above and beyond his profession. He is well priced especially since he out performs his product.

Price is so so high . 3 people came for job and they were on my roof for just 1 hour . They charged me for $925.00 . (It was $1000.00 $75 military discount) They estimated 23tiles to replace but they did only 13tiles. But still I could not see even what kind repairs they did. They never send me any pictures of the job they did.
