Needed to contact office to get quote & when to expect work to the done. 2 times each. Workers showed up unannounced and said that their office should have called to let us know.

I COULD NOT JUDGE THE ACTUAL WORK AS I AM TOO OLD TO CLIMB ON ROOF'S. BUT, THE TEAM WAS ON TIME AND CLEANED UP AFTER COMPLETION. THEY WERE FRIENDLY AND ANSWERED ALL QUESTIONS. THE RESULTS THAT I COULD SEE APPEARED TO BE WELL DONE.

More expensive than my insurance company quoted. $150 more than they would pay, but they were here the very next day after a storm so happy with the service.

They returned my call and did the work within a very short time

Rafael Lopez, President kept an appointment to assess my roofing damage. He arrive on time, and kept his promise to provide a bid for the repair job and also gave me a snapshot of what future new roofing would involve. I delayed the response a day or two due to no problem with the company, my computer gave me a problem that delayed my response. I have signed the contract for the repairs and the company being very timely set with my agreement a time to start the repairs. I am very happy with their response and their bid is most acceptable and timing to do the job will avoid any issues should weather change. Overall to date I am most happy with my dealings with this company and would be happy to refer them to anyone looking for roof work.

Raphael crawled into the attic to verify what he saw on the roof and and gave me confidence the problem would be solved. He arrived on time to do the inspection, set up an appointment quickly to do the work, and the team arrived on time to do that. They left the area clean. It may take a long time to demonstrate the leak is fixed, but for now I am happy.
