About us
Rincon Ventures started in January of 2007 as a real estate company. Later that year we were approached by a client of ours that was having problems with his current property management company. They wouldn't return calls or were always late with his rent. He simply asked if we could do a better job. The answer was yes, so in October of 2007 we started managing his 13 properties and haven't looked back since. Five years later, we have over 500 properties under management, 7 leasing agents, and a residential buyer/seller Broker.

Filter reviews by service
I hired them based on an interaction with a kind and professional employee that visited my property, who soon left the company.
They did not treat my renters fairly.
They often charged extra to review problems reported by the renters even when they were not the ones to fix the problems.
They threatened to take the renters from the property after I, property owner, made contact with the renters.
They did not respond to renter's issues once I had a home warranty in place to take care of repairs.
They were unprofessional and unresponsive in many instances.
They did not include a lead based paint notification with the lease per AZ law.
They did not complete a move in check list with the renters they found.
They have high staff turn over.
When I severed the relationship, they sent back everything they had on my file with the keys. No note was included.
I don't think they are used to people such as myself who stand up for themselves.
They are manipulative and intimidating.
I am truly disturbed that they remain in business and wouldn't want anyone to have to go through the same experience.
I get the strong impression that they are looking to manage properties where they can justify keeping some of the rental money for arbitrary repairs to line their own pockets.
