Taz and Jason did a beautiful job replacing the shower in our master bath. They finished the job sooner than expected, completely cleaned up upon completion, answered our questions during the process, and obviously took pride in their work. I would recommend Rebath without hesitation.

Joel and Marshall did an outstanding job with changing a tub-shower into a walk-in shower. The work is perfection and makes such a difference in the bathroom. They were very professional, punctual and exhibited such a good work ethics that seem to be rare today. My home integrity was maintained during the work. Both men are terrific representatives of Re-Bath !

Joel was a wonderful representative for this company. He was punctual, worked hard and was both courteous and considerate around our home. We had several very minor requests to make of him which he carried out for us without complaint. He work was excellent; the daily clean-up was all we could ask. Chris, his helper, was also a good worker. Jason was only present on the last day to explain our warranty coverage.

The project was awesome, starting with the design consultant, scheduler, and the project work crew. The work crew, lead by Damion and assisted by Zion and Alejandro, did an excellent job. They possess an excellent work ethic: they arrived on time, were well organized and focused, had specific task objectives for each day, reviewed work plans with us at the start of each day as well as work completed at the end of the day, and exceptional clean up before leaving each day. They were always professional, friendly and pleasant, and courteous; they were positive ambassadors representing Tucson Re-Bath! Truly a great experience with everyone we dealt with at Tucson Re-Bath during the course of this project!

Just had Re-Bath of Tucson replace my shower and I am super happy with the results. It looks great and DONE in 2 days. My service guys were Damion and Zion and both were fantastic to work with. Damion was great with communicating what was being done, next steps, what he would need from me, etc.... I have to say, communication overall was really good with Re-Bath. Both Damion and Zion were professional, very courteous, took care to make the least amount of mess possible and were very thorough with everything. I am very happy with their service and the work they did on my new shower.

I overall loved Joel's work and would definenftly hire again.

Tax and Alejandro did an excellent job installing our new shower, we are very pleased with their work and with the quality of materials and workmanship.

Salesman came to the house to give an estimate. I kept asking for the estimate but he refused to give it to me until he spent 4 hours doing his sales pitch. He did his sales pitch right through dinner. He was very frustrating as we kept telling him to wrap it up because we had two small children that needed to eat. Our children ended up having dinner during his presentation. At the very end, he quoted us $16,000 to replace our shower, bring the shower out a few inches and do a band around our tub. He then told us he could bring the cost down to $8,000 but we would get nothing we wanted. Cheap glass, not expand the shower, and no band around the bath, and all their cheapest material. Way over priced. They claimed the cost was in the glass. We went with another contractor and spent only $500 to upgrade the shower glass. With another contractor, we got everything we wanted and more for $9,000.

I'm not one to review companies just for their estimate but my experience with Rebath was so ridiculous that I need to share. First, they are up front about having any adult with decision-making power or opinion home during the estimate. As they offer late and weekend appointments, this was fine. My estimate included replacing windows in the corner shower and I was quickly told that Rebath doesn't do windows but that they could just "cover up" the existing windows from the inside. That should have been my cue to stop the estimate right there. The estimator did some measurements, asked some questions, went outside to call his boss with questions and repeated this cycle about 3 times. Finally the estimator was ready and asked me and my wife to sit down to listen to his "estimate" -- he was perturbed that she couldn't sit down as we have 2 small children to look after. The "estimate" started with a video on his tablet of the current shower with his voice over about the horrible state it was in and how it needed "immediate repair" -- I felt like telling him to shut up as I shower in there daily and know well its current state (which was not great but passable). Then his slideshow started that included all Rebath's work in various hotels (with their logos prominently posted), their features on TV shows (how many pics of Matt Lauer can one put in one presentation), how they are both a national and local company (amazing!), and finally started pulling out fixture and siding samples. No sketch of how the shower will look (it's not a standard space but a 6ft x 6ft corner space that had a corner bath in it), no mention of if he was estimating for a bath/shower or just a walk in shower, NOTHING! Then the price was almost twice the other estimates. He started finding ways to lower the price until two hours after he arrived, I had to ask him to leave as we had somewhere to be. He said he'd email me the rest in the coming week, which he didn't (though frankly I would have put it in my spam folder). The whole thing appears like a trick to get our grandmother's to pick them with their smoke and mirrors presentation -- I can just hear my grandmother saying: "they were on the Today Show so they must be good."

Although the salesman was nice and answered our questions, his presentation took 4 hours long. Due to our schedule, we had the salesman come to the house around 5pm or so, thinking it would only take an hour. We ended up having to give our kids dinner while he was there and were trying to put them to bed as well. We kept telling him we needed to wrap up but he kept going, saying he was almost done. He refused to give us a quote until the end. The quote started out at $16,000, which was ridiculous. He was able to get it down to just under $7,000 which included nothing we wanted and only the cheapest material with limited color. He added on several thousand for thicker glass, however; when we received estimates from two other contractors, the difference in the class was only a few hundred, not a few thousand. The cheap looking plastic material they showed us, was not worth $7,000. We went with another contractor who was able to do everything we wanted and more for $10,000 including materials. Had the quote been lower, I still would not have gone with them for the simple fact that the presentation took 4 hours. The salesman spent so much time discussing their product I wasn't sure if he was trying to convince me or himself that it was a good product. Had he listened to our needs, he would have been out of there in about 40 minutes.

The technician was very prompt and knowledgeable he did the job and did it well.

All went well.  They cleaned up each day and kept us informed daily.  Took 3 days for project.

Excellent service , prompt and very professional. They came within a week when the door needed adjustment.

Sales person was nice.  Product appeared to be poor quality - plastic.  Plastic can scratch - not a desirable product in my bathroom. Will never pay 10,000 + dollars for plastic overlays.

We only have one bathroom so it was important to us that it be done quickly.  They did everything when they said they would and we were only inconvenienced about 2 hours out of the entire 4 days it took them.  We were very pleased with the workers as well as the work they did and would use them again and refer them to others.

We had two bathrooms that had water damage.  The downstairs bathroom ceiling was falling down.  There was wood paneling on the walls that needed to be repaired.  We thought the upstairs bathroom was in better condition but it was not.  We were fortunate the tub had not fallen through onto the downstairs bathroom.  They had to replace the sub flooring in the upstairs and gutted both bathrooms completely.  We have all new toilet, shower, vanity fixtures and flooring.  The only thing we have to do is paint the rooms.
They were very helpful explaining what they were doing and making any reasonable changes we requested.  

To start off bathroom was a nitemare from previous licenced contractor most of the  work they had done previous had to be removed because it had not been installed correctly
Re-Bath came in and turned this mess into a beautiful work of art all of our stress was gone i watched the worker for the 1st day  and was impressed and amazed on how accurate his cuts were and everything fit beautiful that i didnt feel i had to watch him anymore i was very cofident in his work. This was the work of a proffesional that knew what he was doing not like previous contractor. I would use re-bath  again and would reccommend them to all that want a trouble free install with a fantastic warranty .
Price wise a little high but you have to think of the long haul(warranty) with the warranty its worth it i dont have to worry about a thing they take care of it.

Re-Bath came to my house gave me the quote and within a few weeks schelude the work showed up finished within time frame  bing bang done and we are Happy Happy this bathroom came out  beautiful. 

The young man who came out was very knowledgable and the designs were beautiful. However, the price was astronomical.  We had a private contractor do similar work for less than half of what they quoted us.
