Don was extremely responsive to my request on water heater issues. He contacted me at 7 pm one night and was at my house by 9:00 the next morning. He replaced my water heater and I also had him replace a water valve to my ice maker. Don and his worker, Matt, were extremely professional, did exactly what they said they would do and well within the time parameters estimated. I can’t answer the last required question of the survey so I will say the following: Dan, Plumber of Tucson was excellent in every service way. Since he installed a water softener I have no direct way of evaluating the product. I bought it because I trusted Dan with his knowledge, the product is warranted by the company that built it and because Dan, through his company warrants it as well. I also chose this person and company because he explained the product with all the knowledge you would hope he would have.

Don is super sharp and professional. Worth his weight in gold. Great value quoted and delievered.

Had 3 trips for 3 services. 1. create a hose bib on the other end of my home 2. Install a new garbage disposal(never had one - did from scratch) 3. install a new RO system. Dan was very nice and his work was A+. He knew what he was doing and handled all 3 projects quickly and professionally. total price was $400 less that another bid.

The morning I made the request, he called and said he was available that day. Came over, gave me an exact quote, and then did the work in the allotted time. Very professional, explained exactly what needed to be done, then did it. I was very impressed.

I had an old kitchen sink removed and a new one installed. He worked clean and quickly. No problems. I do wish, like with other work I've had done on my home, he disposed of the old sink he removed. As a senior, living alone, this is something I have to consider for bigger projects.

Plumber of Tucson provided us with outstanding service. Would use them again. Don came out to give us an estimate of all work to be done to repair our hot water heater solar system. Plumber of Tucson did an excellent job of getting our system repaired and working again all in a timely manner.

Contractor came over the same evening that I made contact, no additional charge for after hours visit. Very professional, informative, and fair. Gave me an excellent tip that was not in the manufacturer's procedures for restarting pilot and it worked (temperature switch reset). Would definitely hire again, and I did - to replace the hot water heater.

He's fair, informative, respectful and a gentlemen. Once I'm done having the outdoor faucet fixed, I'll be rehiring him again, to fix my bathroom tub faucets.
