They were prompt and did a very professional job. The workers were extremly knowleable about the work they were doing and kept me informed of the status of their work.

Not enough space. They were very good.

Also coated flat roof portion. Tony was easy to work with, negotiable re. items like moving a/c, and responsive. MDR matched prices with better quality materials than any other bid. Work was timely and the site was left spic and span. This a rental home and the long-term tenants, who can be picky, were very happy. Also great to report there were NO extra charges on completion. The front office was polite and pleasant but a little flaky, so if the option was available the 5th star could be a half - but closer to 5 than 4. Overall excellent - let's see if the work holds up.

They spent the whole day fixing the leak and checking the rest of the roof. Were very nice to work with.

I have to say that Modern Desert Roofing did a excellent job on our house. They did some roof repair and installed a new shingle roof for us. Every thing was done as they said they would. They kept the property clean everyday and when they were finished cleaned up and gave me arial pictures of the roof.

Their price was exactly what their estimate was, even though they had to go back to get additional tiles for replacement. Very happy with their work and professionalism!

The lack of professionalism, incompetence, lack of knowledge, dishonesty and stupidity within this industry is astonishing. But this company brings it all to a record low. It has been almost 2 years since I made the terrible mistake of hiring Modern Desert Roofing to do a simple shingle roof on our small home. The roof they did may be the worst roofing job in the entire city - ever. It leaked in two areas at the first rain. I called several times but got no response from the owner until I filed a complaint with the BBB. Then he called, only to tell me Modern Desert Roofing was not responsible for any leaks. It turns out that he subbed out the job to another company,and his thinking, apparently, was it was not his problem . In any case, he said he was not responsible and that the leaks were not covered under his warranty. He did come out several times and said he was going to take care of it and then didn't. He did send some men out who incompetently worked on some of the bad areas. But the roof still leaks. One of the inspectors I heired found 86 problems with the roof and ran out of time. I have photos of approximately 75. After more than a year and a half, I was forced to file a complaint with the Registrar of Contractors. It was because of the impending ROC inspection that he finally admitted that it was an extremely poor roofing job but he wasn't going to replace the roof so he refunded the amount I had paid almost two years prior. I am sure he will respond to this posting claiming that I am a liar and that he is a hero for refunding the money. But I am still left with expenses including amounts I paid for inspections, expenses related to collateral and consequential damage as well as items needed to cover parts of the roof in attempt to mitigate further damage to our home from all the leakage. There also remains damage to the patio as well as to the ceiling in our master bathroom. I have lost a substantial amount of money because of Modern Desert Roofing. Someone has to be the worst roofer in the city and, unfortunately, I found him. Don't make the same mistake I did. Don't hire Modern Desert Roofing.

Helpful and informative. They recommended i get around three quotes to compare. which you dont hear other companies recommending this often. They also price match depending on what the other bids offer which is great. They did my roof in a timely manner and answered all my questions (as a woman that doesn't know roofing it was extremely helpful). I recommend modern desert roofing

From inspection through repair the employees were very professional . The repair done by the two workers was excellent . They cleaned up afterwords and came back the next day to finish replacing a few broken tiles I had before they started . I was very pleased with their work and will recommend them to anyone looking to have a tile roof repair or installation done. The price was reasonable for the repair and I will use them for any roofing projects in the future.
