Kitchen and Bathroom Remodel
We put up with foul language ending it with "Good F'ing Luck" in a letter. He called my husband ignorant while trying to settle up with him. I was awarded a default judgement which he hasn't paid. Later he wrote a 12 step letter apologizing and mentioning personal problems but never completed work or paid. I sent him an email letting him know we are intending on collecting and scheduling a judgement debtors meeting with the court for garnishment/lien of his property. I gave him 10 days from April 7th, haven't heard back yet. (still a few days remaining)
