Kaiser Garage Doors came out to service my garage doors. They were on time and knowledgeable. I requested additional information on upgrading to wireless doors and they responded back within the same day with the information. I would highly recommend them.

Whenever you need garage door service, new product or upgrade, I recommend Kaiser Garage Doors & Gates. The technician arrived on time and was courteous. He provided me information on how to use the garage door and how to access product information on the internet. I purchased the Elite Series W-Fi Garage Door Opener, Model 8550W to replace an older model. The garage door opener is very quiet to operate. Also, with its wi-fi capability, once you connect the garage door to your home wi-fi network, you can open the garage door using the enclosed remotes, car (when enabled), ipad and cell phone. The software can also send you real-time garage door activity alerts. Connecting the garage door opener to my home wi-fi network was straight forward. You follow the instructions in the enclosed user manual or access the Youtube video on how to "connect liftmaster door opener to wifi". The only caveat is if the wi-fi network signal to the garage is weak, you may need to purchase a wi-fi range extender.

Russ came out to change out the lower panel on my garage door. He was here on time and left with out a mess. Left the area cleaner then the way they found it. Really appreciate the professional job these guys do. I would recommend them to anyone looking to repair or replace doors.

Make sure that you know the specs about the job before calling. I wasn't sure if my garage door was 7ft or 8ft so this cause a week delay due to my guesswork. They installer came with an opener for an 8ft door for my 7ft door. They did amazing work and looks much better than what the home builder put up for the main garage door. The installer paid close attention to detail.

The price was great, the service was fast and excellent. I would highly recommend them.

The technician showed up on time and did a great job. He was very informative when showing me how to use the opener and the key pad. He answered all of my questions with a smile. I could not be any happier with Kaiser and their staff. I would recommend Kaiser to anyone who wants quality service at a good price.

My only issue with Kaiser is with the sales Representative. I was very specific that the window inserts needed to be identical to the ones I already had. John stated he understood and needed to order what I needed. When everything was installed the inserts on the windows are not close. I had semicircles and now I have a cathedral design that looks like a church. Being a part of a home owners association I now have to spend additional money to get inserts that are uniform in design. From the beginning I have told every company that provided me an estimate this exact thing. This disregard is very dissappointing as I was assured it would be identical. Every other part of my experience was excellent.

I thought they were prompt and reasonably priced. He even gave me some tips on how to care for the door.
