Description of Work: After a live chat with the company the night of 9/27 regarding our "dead" A/C, they promptly called ihe next morning and scheduled service within the next 2 hours. Jason, the repair man, arrived on time and quickly diagnosed the problem - a worn out motor. He made the repairs and checked everything in the system. He was professional, personable and thorough. Having a coupon from Angie's List helped, but we would call Hamstra again if something else in the heating/cooling mechanisms needed attention even with no coupon. Being able to chat online with a company rep late at night was great. We would certainly recommend this company.

Ready for summer. maintenance contract signed - good for 20% discount on repairs, preferential customer service, maintenance service coverage. second winter ready maintence and check up in the fall to be scheduled under contract cost. Maintenance includes replacement of filter, check air flow, clean indoor & outdoor coils, tighten all electrical, check freon, wash & wax exterior of unit.
