Freddie was excellent. He knew exactly what needed to be done to fix my Samsung ice maker to keep it from freezing up. I will definitely call them again, when needed.

He showed up and needed a part. He said he would be back. We waited for almost a week. Finally, I called and asked what was going on. Said he would be here between 10 and 2. Never showed.

5 stars is not enough for Freddy!!! He was very honest from the beginning and went out of his way to ensure that our washing machine was fixed to the highest standards. He always kept us up to date on what was going on and even asked for an extra day to ensure that the washing machine met his standards!!! He went the extra mile to ensure we were happy, I will be doing business with him in the future as well as tell everyone about him!!!

If I could Freddy 10 stars I would. My washer conked out with a load of laundry in it and the front loading door was locked. I was referred to Freddy, called him up, and he patiently listened to my wails of anguish and then asked me if maybe the wall electrical outlet was not working. I plugged another thing into the wall and sure enough it was the outlet! He saved me approximately $300 in parts and service. He s going into my trusted service people list with a gold star!!! Thank you, Freddy!!!

I had used Hamilton Home before and was very pleased with both quality and price. When I called again for a washer repair the Tech Gregory came promptly and saved me money by reducing extra service calls by showing me how I could save money on a simple repair by doing it myself. He was courteous and professional and even did a trouble shoot on another machine at no extra cost. He also conferred with his boss about how he had recommended self-repairs. I cannot praise them enough.

I have called now 4 times, left a text to ask him to return and see why the ice maker stopped working, and he has not been interested in giving back a call. I am disappointed to say the least because I really liked the young man. Initial call response was quick and appointment and repair was done promptly once I had the part in hand. However, 2 months after repair the ice maker has gone out again even after being told that he had repair this type of issue many times and that he guaranteed his work and the ice maker would work efficiently.
