this company is absolutely amazing I called the owner at 6 in the morning and I got scheduled same day they were here by 2, my dryer was repaired by 3 I could not have asked for better service the service tech who came out was an absolute gentleman got everything done completely. My dryer working 100%! Top Notch company I have absolutely no complaints, I will never call anyone else again! Thank you!!!!

Responded quickly and was able to do repair next day

When other repair firms quoted a 10 day appointment, Hamilton was there the next day. Very professional and quick repairs. Would not hesitate to use again.

My refrigerator stopped being cold. I was pretty clueless as to what could be wrong. I tried another appliance repair outfit and about 20 hours later hadn t heard a thing. So I put in the request on home advisor (on a Saturday) and got a call from Freddy about 5 minutes later. He told me he could ve at my house in 30 minutes. A++ for responsiveness. Freddy was professional, capable, and efficient. The fridge needed a new thermostat and he had the part with him and replaced it. It took him about an hour to assess the problem and complete the repair. On the meantime, he was willing to explain things and great to talk to. He will be my first call next time another appliance breaks.

Freddie came out the night our fridge broke to do a diagnostic. The next morning they got the part and came to do the repair, all within less than 24 hours from initial contact. Even when the repair didn’t work they came out again to troubleshoot and to try a different circuit board. Freddie was very responsive to text and followed up with messages in a very quick fashion. Even though we had to get a new fridge, I felt very confident in the work that Freddie did. I highly recommend this team.

Came out right away and finished the job very quickly.

He came a little late and didn't stay long, but knew exactly what was wrong and fixed it.

The technician was excellent. He knew his business and the work was done in a short period of time.

My washer was leaking and wasn't draining from the spin cycle. I was able to get an appoinment the next day. The technitian that arrived was very punctual, friendly and quick. My washer works great again and I am very pleased!
