To put this review in perspective, this is our second Motor home and we are quite new to Rving (one year). We chose Freedom RV for two reasons, they are an authorized Newmar Dealer and they had on their lot the MH model we wanted to buy. Negotiating the sale was as trying as any I've participated in before when buying a car; however, they worked very hard to come up with a very acceptable deal to make it work without the high pressure some of us have experienced in the past. That being said, it is the after sale customer support that makes this company special to me. On our first road trip, a leaking, defective TAG axle seal was discovered far, far from Tucson. The help from Service manager Brad White to resolve this issue was invaluable as responsibility ultimately rested with Freight Liner, the chassis manufacturer. His daily 'how's it going?' calls were both reassuring and his interventions with Freightliner and Newmar ensured timely repairs. He and his staff also answered all our "how does this work?" questions while on the road as we adjusted to our new Motor Home. 
Following our trip, we had a list of several minor tweaks to be fixed under Warranty, all were promptly and cheerfully fixed. An observation, a previous reviewer gave Freedom RV a one star rating because it took too long to complete repairs. That review is grossly unfair in my opinion and showed a lack of understanding about the MH industry. It must be remembered that a MH is assembled from thousands of parts provided by thousands of manufacturers. They can not carry extensive part inventories as there is a very high level of customization in each unit. As a result, the manufacturer or dealer has to place a special order with the OEM for part replacement. Unfortunately, this will take time.
In summary, this is a fine company with an excellent staff that is focused on customer service.

I've been using Freedom RV for service since I purchased my 5th wheel there 5 years ago.  The electric sewer system on the unit has not worked since I purchased it and I've had it in for repair five times.  This last time I dropped the coach off without an appointment and was told it would take about 2 weeks before they could get to it.  That was fine, I understand I do not have an appointment.  Here it is 6 weeks later and the sewer system still has not been repaired.   I have had to call the service department 3 times to get a status on the repair, no one has ever called me to let me know what is going on with the 5th wheel.  Finally, today, I drove down there.  They couldn't find the repair ticket and didn't know the repair status.  I told them I will pick it up tomorrow and fix it myself. Ridiculous.
