On 14 Apr 2014, I dropped my cycle off to get a new rear tire and a rough running engine it also needed a new cover for the rear brake reservoir. On 22 May 2014 they called and said it was ready. I picked it up on 24 May 2014. They had put on the tire, rebuilt the carbs and the new cover finally came in. I bought this cycle new in 1985, I know how it should run and it now runs worse than when I took it in there. I initially left the store and rode a few miles and turned around and went back, and asked them to look at it again. They took it back and tried to adjust the idle, no better. Was told by the service person that it's an old bike its just going to run like this. So I take it back again on 26 May 2014, and they look at again and I picked it up on 29 Mat 2014. Service said they had re-synced the carbs. So off I go again I can tell before I even leave the parking lot that it's no better This bike should idle about 900 to 1000 rpm's not it's current 1500, when you release the throttle it slows down very slowly thus not slowing down when you release the throttle and the acceleration is way down from what it should be.
June 27 2014 I take it back after talking to the service manager and they fixed it right up and it runs just fine now.
