My A/C stopped working on Friday night. Calling around Saturday morning, CoolBreeze was the only company that could squeeze me in to their schedule on the same day. Said tech would come between 4 and 7 p.m. but if they could get there earlier, they would. Tech called before 2 p.m. and said he could be here in 10 minutes. He discovered the problem immediately. I was delighted that it wasn't a bigger issue. Was not charged extra for a last-minute Saturday call. Work done quickly and professionally. Am sitting here enjoying the cool air! Very pleased!!!

A third party vendor came to our house to do the work. In the details on the deal there was no mention of a third party coming out to do the work. I noticed the men weren't wearing shoe covers and asked how they would keep our white walls and white carpets clean during the duct cleaning. Both me and my wife were uncomfortable with the idea of the third party, because we hired Cool Breeze. We've decided to cancel the deal. I originally choose Cool Breeze because I though the price was good and seemed like a comparable price to other companies.

This is the second time I have used them. The first time was an inspection of my furnace and this was an inspection of my air conditioning system. They did a through job both times and did not try to push me into additional services or upgrades. They did find one issue with the air conditioning system, showed me a photo of the problem, and recommended a solution, but were not high-pressure in any way.

The service was prompt, professional and I was very satisfied. The technician took about 20 minutes to check the system, and then advised that my air conditioner system was working quite well for its age (10 years). This was the first time I'd had any checkup on the system, so I was pleased to get a good report. For the cost, I thought it was more than reasonable. Plus, the company provided me with free future checkups for the next year, and a promised reduction on future equipment, when and if it should be needed. I would fully recommend this company.

Scott came out and did everything that was promised. He was very courteous and showed me everything that he was doing. It turned out that I needed a new capacitor for my unit and he replaced it. He told me that he was going to give me a free year of maintenance, this I have not yet seen, but overall I was satisfied with the service.

The technician, Frank is the best; extremely knowledgeable, personable and helpful. They were easy to schedule, punctual and very very reasonable. Was nice to meet someone who was there to help and provide outstanding service rather than charge an outstandingly high price. Best way to sum them up is: low price, outstanding quality service!

If you would like to call the office and talk to one of our managers to discuss your feelings of our service please do , we pride ourselves on customer service and with that comes our A rating with Angies List . If you should ever need anything please don't hesitate to call."

The technician showed up on time (4-10-15) was courteous and kept a clean work area. He told me he would return another day to complete the job (clean the outside condenser coil and inspect the inside coil). I have been told unplugging the outside coil is a big energy reducer. The tech told me I needed to replace my furnace blower motor ($749.00) and 2 gallons plus of R22 ($250.00 plus) and a service call. I was just looking at the service invoice and he also said I needed a new unit soon because of a leak. The system worked just fine so I passed on all of these suggestions.
He never returned to finish the job and I forgot about it. The owner telephoned me two months later to ask me how the call went and I explained the experience to him. Allen scheduled a time to come out with the Service Manager Scott. Upon completion of Scotts inspection he found I didn't need a motor and my refrigerant was ok. He did find other some things that were bad. Scott cleaned the condenser coil and did the repairs with parts at no cost. The bill would have been approximately $640.00. These guys will do what it takes to keep their customers satisfied. I highly recommend Allen and his team!

The tech added one pound of refrigerant, but also recommended additional refrigerant plus refrigerant oil oil to quiet down the compressor. The price of the oil and additional refrigerant was quite high, but he then offered the 5 year service contract for $884 covering 2 servicings a year for five years and said if I accepted that service contract, he would throw in the refrigerant oil and extra refrigerant for free. That may have been gullible of me, but I opted for the service contract at that time. So far, my air conditioning unit seems to be working well, but to be honest, it was working fairly well to begin with, and I had no issues with cooling or heating. So did I need everything he said I needed? Presumably, yes, but that's based on my trust of the technician. He seemed like a nice guy, and was not pushy about signing me up for an extended service contract. Time will tell if I made the correct decision.
