Description of Work: Cleaned the dryer vent. Cleaned from vent on roof. Checked air flow through the vent. Arrived on time and performed the services in professional manner.

Description of Work: The boys form Carson's Power Vac were extremely professional. They called to inform me they were on their way (right on schedule). When they got to my home they immediately introduced themselves and told me what their plan of attack was. They put tarps down on the floors, to catch debris, and started removing all registers from the vents. They inspected for gaps between the duct work and wall. If they were any observed they would seal them up. They then performed their work with the big vac. After all was done they cleaned up double checked their performed work and put their equipment away. They did a thorough job and with immediate results, fresh air once again. I will definitely use them a again and refer them to any of my friends.

Description of Work: It took them six hours to return my phone call. By then I hired someone else.

Description of Work: I felt that the quality of their work was good, but feel their professionalism needed a little fine tuning. There was an employee expressing his unhappiness about something within earshot of me and when I booked a subseqent appointment to have the dryer vent cleaned, it was not put on their calendar and no one showed up. It was rescheduled and they appologized profusely.

Description of Work: Carson cleaned the duct work from the two HVAC units in our 3,000 sq. ft. home as well as the units themselves. They arrived at the scheduled time, and did a thorough, workmanlike job. I strongly recommend them.

Description of Work: Chris was punctual and very professional. Knew exactly what to do and how to do it.

Description of Work: Chris and his assistant removed all of the heater ducts, covered the vent holes and attached their vacuum device. They stiff brushed the ducting and used compressed air to help evacuate all of the residue in the ducting. Then they removed the heater to ducting cover and thoroughly cleaned that area. They ultimately discovered a loose access cover that was letting about 50% of the heated air outside. Chris reattached the cover and then discovered a smaller hole that he fabricated a complex plate to cover. He glued it in place then used sheet metal screws to attach it permanently. They then disinfected the ducting and reinstalled the vents. These are really professionals. Totally competent and thinking on their feet. I would recommend then in a heart beat and will use them again and again!
