We offer Carpet, Tile, Air Duct and Upholstery cleaning services serving Tucson for over 15+ years. Our goal is to provide you with the best cleaning experience available. Carpet Police has also maintained an A rating with the Better Business Bureau for over 10 years.Our company and our technicians are IICRC (Institute of Inspection Cleaning and Restoration) Certified. The IICRC is the world’s most-recognized body of certification in the carpet and upholstery cleaning industry. Our technicians regularly receive training to keep current on the latest products and cleaning techniques. They will be able to identify what cleaning method will produce the best results.

The two men were punctual , friendly and professional . There was a glitch in that their vacuum after applying shampoo was not working , there it took long than normal to clean moletecthe job . My only complaints my is it took literally days for the carpet and upholstery to dry ,, I believe this was because of the faulty vacuum

Juan and Gabriel called at 11:30 and said they would arrive on time at 12:00. They did. Good customer service is a simple thing but not always performed. Juan and Gabriel did it WELL. We have used Carpet Police for the last 4 or 5 years and will do so again. Plus recommending them to our friends.

Jesus and Gabriel measured the carpet rooms and rugs. They then gave us a firm bid on the cost. They worked carefully, paying attention to more soiled areas. Their work was conscientious and complete. Even the antique Persian rugs look like new.

Art called to see if an earlier time would work since in the area.  That was better for us.  He walked through and explained the procedure and told me what to expect and how to care for it after.  His assistant, Juan, came in and started and the results were immediate!  You can see they take pride in what they do and are very professional & friendly.  I will be calling them back to maintain the carpet clean and for other cleaning services they offered.
