"Hello Nesrin. Thank-you for letting us know that you misunderstood what I said. I told you that I would inspect your home for mold and make my recommendation of services for free. I spent one full hour inspecting your home for water intrusion and mold. No charge. I used a twelve thousand dollar kit that included four measuring devices for finding water as I said I would. Your home had no odor or visual evidence of mold. I gave you a written estimate for testing the three areas your partner asked for. You and your partner discussed the need for a mold test. Your partner paid for the test. The test unexpectedly came back positive for higher then normal mold in the bedroom. I refunded the fees as you requested. The test results were emailed to you Dec 20th and a second time Dec 26th. You confirmed you had received the test results. Thank-you for considering us for your mold remediation professional."
