I found this company on Home Advisor and hired them because of their good reviews and ratings. The two gentlemen that came were knowledgeable and courteous. They had to run cable through the attic to antenna on patio roof as my cable connection was connected to internet which I am not disconnecting. It was thought originally that I would need a splitter box because I had 4 TV's to hook up, but because reception is so good here in Sahuarita, I did not need one and this saved me money, which is always a good thing. Wayne, the gentleman at the office answered all of my questions and was very nice and accommodating. All of my tv's have approx 20 channels with all local news channels, every channel is very clear. No more huge cable bills for me. It took around two hours and cost around $360. including antenna, cable, and installation charges. Very reasonable as far as I'm concerned. Only concern is that of my husbands, he thinks the roof will leak, however Wayne stated that the antenna was sealed. Time will tell. I definitely recommend this company for antenna purchase and installation.

On time, knowledgeable, clean, and courteous. They had the right antennae for my area. The picture and reception are great and I'm happy. Unfortunately, I had to use a 50 ft cable to connect from the box to the antennae and it had to be tacked to the house and doesn't follow the roof line. It's in the back yard, though, so I'll paint it the color of the house and it will blend in.

Communication during the project was very difficult. Calls went days with no contact and email was not answered promptly, if at all. If communication improved, this project would have received 5 stars. The finished product was professional and looks/sounds great. Hire this company for their work but expect poor communication.

"This customer was very nice, but had a difficult time understanding that when we were on vacation for a week we would not be answering the phone. This was a long project and we paused it for an anniversary vacation. I am sorry that this customer was upset by this, but I would point out that they were ultimately very happy with the project results. Additionally, we were fabricating custom wood cabinetry as part of this project, and to expect to receive daily updates on this is a little bit unrealistic, especially since we gave them a time frame for completion and met that time."

The service was fast but when the 2 guys came to the house they seemed unprepared. Seems to be a lack of communication between the office and the installers. We got all the necessary stations for a couple days but lost some since and have left phone messages to have them come back but no one has returned my calls so far.

"Interestingly, when I saw this review post, I was on the phone with the customer setting up a service appointment after leaving several messages for them myself. Service is scheduled for Friday, 01/08, to troubleshoot why they lost 1 channel. Additionally, the lack of preparedness being perceived may stem from the need to customize a mounting solution for this customer, based on the roof we encountered. They had a very thin facia, which was our only mounting option, so we had to create an additional wood surface to give the antenna mount enough area to secure it properly."

Installation of both units works beautifully. Excellent reception, "picture perfect". Installers could have been more alert to warn of the amount of unavoidable insulation fallout that could be expected in the closet acttic access. Would have been nice to cover the clothing below. However service was prompt, courteous, and friendly. Thanks.

this company is completely unresponsive to assisting the client. Even at first I had a hard time scheduling the installation, . When they did put in the cameras, they worked hard and did a good job. HOwever, there has been no company service afterwards. In spite of emails and telephone calls and trying to set up appointments at their convencience, I have heard nothing. There are a number of technical questions we need answered- off site availability, I phone and android viewing,, data retrieval. Etc. I would. Not recommend this company unless you are truly technologically savy and just need someone to put in the cameras. I will add that I am sorry to have write this, but everyone should be warned.

"I am sorry that this customer feels that we were unresponsive. As this project was completed in a hurry just prior to Christmas, we were out of town for the holiday immediately thereafter, up to and including the date of this review, which was actually verified and posted on 12/26. Today is Monday 12/28 and we have returned from the holiday to find that the customer feels we have not been responsive. I have since attempted to contact them to resolve their questions, to no avail as yet. An important note might be that the customer is very happy with their system and the work we performed. I am not sure what else we can do other than not take a Christmas holiday."

The owner will not honor a money-back guarantee. He failed to order the correct speaker and replaced it with, in his terms, a bigger and better one. He also ordered the wrong sonos component altogether. He aknowledged this and promised to make it right. I never heard back from him for weeks! I'm no audiophile, but the sound from my bluetooth speaker(around $75) sounded superior to this enormous high end tower speakers. I had friends and family come over on multiple occassions and they all agreed. I told them how much I spent and they were in complete shock! I asked the team to please return for a calibration. The owner response was something along the lines of.. 'just give it some time. they need 40 hours to self-calibrate'. I told him, the sound is horrendous. Even just a bit of fine tuning wouldn't do a world of good. During this time, the universal remote control stopped functioning. Again, another recalibration issue that he kept putting off. I even sent him an email with specific examples about the system that I was unhappy about .I I considered legal action, but would rather have handled it between us. At that point, I wanted a refund but decided to give him even more time to correct this. By the way, I still hadn't received that sonos speaker that was listed in the work invoice (1.5 months had passed). The install occured around mid october. It was now after christmas and the team came to do the recalibration!! Due to the obvious discrepancy between the invoice and the products received, I asked the owner to supply an updated invoice so I knew what I was now spending. HE NEVER DID even after 4 or 5 requests.UNBELIAVABLE!! We had an appointment 2 weeks before, but the guy kept giving me different times and switched on me once again the night before. He tells me 10am, but the techs show up at 8am, ring the door bell once and leave. I couldnt even get to the door fast enough. So another appointment was made and the owner came along. They spent quite of bit of time tinkering and calibrating' the system. I also expressed my concerns again with the remote, which by the way, cannot be customized by anyone other the the owner of the company. What and WHY??? If you decided to add a playstation or Xbox, you would not be able to manually pair it with the universal remote. Just USELESS. Not to mention to constant syncing issues the remote had with the receiver. Before they all left, I wanted to make sure all was working- a fair request given the track recored with this company. They ran through the basics and it all seems to work. The team left and I then noticed the feed from the blueray player not working. The owner gets behind the unit and notices a faulty cable and calls his team back. Actually, the owner even told me he knew it was faulty earlier during the re-calibration but didn't even bother to fix it right then and there. Why didnt he let his team know? Did he think it would just repair itself? No, none of those. I just believe he didn't

"This customer is completely misrepresenting the truth, in several ways: 1) This job was completed more than a year ago and we have had no correspondence past the initial installation and recalibration after approx. 40 hours of use. 2) These are high-end GoldenEar Triton Speakers, which sound marvelous, provided the customer does not mess with the setup when they do not have the knowledge to do so. Like many high quality speakers, these speakers do not reach their full potential until they are broken in. We have found this occurs at about the 40 hour mark of use. This is also further stated in numerous reviews and on the manufacturers own website. It is not an "auto-calibration" as the customer states. 3) The universal remote that was programmed for his system is a proprietary remote made by RTi, a common home theater remote system used in AV installations and automation. In order to sell and install these remotes our techs have to be certified in the proper installation and programming of them. We are not allowed, by manufacturer agreement, to give a copy of the proprietary software to the end user, as these remotes are in fact miniature computers with embedded software, any more than when you buy a car and it has programming issues you would be able to plug in and fix it yourself. It has to be addressed by someone who knows what they are doing. His statement about adding game system is the one truth in his review. These cannot be paired with any remote system outside of their proprietary remotes. 4) The fact that this customer paid a few thousand dollars for high-end speakers should no be a shock to anyone who knows what high-end speakers cost. These are in fact very reasonably priced, as can be noted by a simple search of the reviews and price points of these speakers. They are not by any means to be compared to "Bluetooth speakers" as a quality comparison. The suggestion itself shows an ignorance of high quality speakers, and suggests quite clearly that the customer should not be attempting to calibrate, manipulate, change, alter, or add to the original system as designed and installed in any way without our help. 5) Every single customer we have receives the same 90 day in home free service warranty, allowing them to call us back out at no charge, to address any programming changes desired, calibration issues, or alterations within the system. This customer did not take advantage of this. We did return for our automatic recalibration of his speaker system as previously stated and we addressed some remote issues at the time, i.e. adding favorite channels to the remote, moving some icons around etc. however, there was no statement from the customer, nor any discussion at that time that he was dissatisfied with the system, nor did he call us out for any follow-up service. After we recalibrated the system, and changed back what he had altered after the initial install, he was very happy with the system. We have not heard form since that tim"

The technicians called ahead, and were prompt in arriving. They did good work and completed and explained the installation and set-up The lead technician was pleasant and knowledgeable, I sensed the second technician was a trainee. 2 very small critiques: They could have cleaned up a little better. there was dust and paper scraps, and they did not remove the packaging material Secondly they forgot to leave a receipt for the work done. This does not detract from my overall opinion, they were professional, knowledgeable, and polite. I would not hesitate to recommend them or to use them again.

"I spoke to this customer after receiving the review from him, because he initially told me he was very happy when he paid for our small service to connect his speakers to his AV receiver. He has limited technical knowledge and felt that we connected his speakers incorrectly. He has provided some banana clips for the speaker connection to his subs. So, he disconnected the way we connected them and connected them directly to his receivers amplified sub-woofer terminals. I explained that he has Def-Tech speakers with built-in sub-woofers, which have their own on board amplifier, so it is preferred that these be fed from a line-level signal instead of an amplified signal from the receiver. He kind of understood what i was saying, but we made a free follow-up appointment to go out and reeducate him and show him the difference in sound quality."
