"This customer is located in an area where one particular local transmitter is behind the mountain and the signal is very spotty at best. We optimized this the best possible, but intermittent outages for this one will happen, based on this customer's location. Update - Technician went back out and found that a bolt had broken on the antenna mount and the antenna was not in the correct position. This was repaired and the performance of the problem was restored."
"This customer is more than 2 hours from our office, but we agreed to perform service without a trip charge. 1st appointment was cancelled because customer called after hours the night before her appointment and requested additional equipment be purchased. We were unable to reach her to clarify what she prior to d appointment. At the subsequent appointment, customer surprised technician with additional work that was not originally d, which she done. He was not able to stay to perform additional un d work if he was going to keep appointments with other customers."
"Although we strive to please everyone, unfortunately this customer was not happy with our service. Her first appointment was a quick spur of the moment service call in between other d work, which we did gratis to help her out. The second delay happened when we could not confirm she was home prior to dispatching technicians to the appointment, so it was re- d later in the day. Her request for further service was certainly more than a "small discount", and as previous reviews , we are prompt for appointments."
