These folks did a great job. Came out and inspected the whole house, then another guy came and treated. Prompt and efficient and explained what they were doing and using every step of the way

They did call me and made an appointment. They were on top it, they called within a couple days of me purchasing the deal. The day before they were supposed to come out, I had to cancel. We are waiting to reschedule.

It seemed to be fine, but several weeks later I discovered an area in our hardwood floor which they did not treat properly, and it got substantially worse in those few weeks. They were very prompt, however, in coming back and doing the job right at no charge.

The thing that most impressed me was the character of both Ray, one of their state certified inspectors and Robert the technician. Integrity and honesty describe them. Ray also did a very thorough inspection for termites. We are very grateful for them both.

The service is good, the only problem we had is we called only for a 1 time service and they put a lot of pressure on trying to sell the annual plan but then they agreed that they would do just the one time service and we were very happy with that.

Stephen was very through and informative. You can tell when someone really likes what they are doing - and as a result he's very good at what he does. He explained, took a video and advised me of other things that I might want to fix in my crawlspace. I feel very confident that he will provide excellent and knowledgable service in the future. Courteous and prompt, also. Sandi was also very prompt in replying to my email and we were quickly able to get the appointment set up with a few emails.

He came out the same day I called about an hour earlier than I expected. Called first. He looked at the situation and climed up and sprayed and followed it up with residual treatment. Said to look Monday and call if there are still bees up there and they will come out and do a second treatment (included in the previous price.)
They were a hundred bucks cheaper than the minimum price of another well-known company that I contract with for termite/other insect control. I was very pleased. Chris was friendly and professional.

It was fine. I needed further prevention going beyond the initial visit and so I need to pay more which what I had setup for a program to try eliminate the pest. They pretty much got rid of the problem I had. I think I still have some but my main concern was in my garage which I did have a door that I had to have replaced which did help the situation but I think we were satisfied enough with the progress that we stopped the service. I think they kind of want you to keep it for a year but we didn’t feel that was necessary.
