I actually signed up with them for a contract. They were timely and professional and their prices were competitive. They did follow-up calls and I would recommend them to anyone. They even call before they come. They set up some traps for gophers, which came with an additional cost.

The service turned out very well. The individual that inspected was very polite, and luckily he found nothing, but he was very thorough and we appreciated the service. We may use them again in the future, if we find any sign of termites. The big deal price was a definite bargain.

On time (early actually). Very courteous and professional. Visit one was to view the house and exterior and discuss options for long-term care, which equated to a one year agreement to treat my home and yard. Reasonably priced. Second visit the following day was to spray.

I can?t say enough good about Arizona Pest Control. They saved us in a dire emergency situation when we were having complete wall-to-wall flooring put in our home. Within minutes before the flooring installation crew arrived, I discovered the evidence of dry wood termites when removing a carpet piece in a bedroom closet. As additional carpet was removed, several other places showed the traces of sub-terrain termite activity. What to do? An eager crew ready to install flooring and a termite problem! After reviewing Angie?s List, we read were Arizona Pest Control has received ?A? ratings and has been in the business many years. They responded to our call for help immediately. Kenny arrived as the inspector to evaluate our problem. With treatment crews available, in minimum time, Travis, Hector and Dan arrived and treated the problem areas plus initiating a complete house treatment. Everyone one of these technicians was very professional and polite in every way. The floor installation folks were able to continue with their work without a significant disruption in their work plans.
The thorough and extensive application of termite control materials was impressive. And when they were finished, the clean-up was as if they had never been here. Travis had to return at a later date to finish areas that had been obstructed by other materials and did a fantastic job throughout. He has plans to enter another career field, so this company will lose a top notch individual.
Termites are the cleverest creatures. Look very closely in, under, and around those dark hidden places. If in doubt, call Arizona Pest Control. You will not be disappointed.

The technician who comes to the house is very knowledgeable and responsive to our concerns, as well as friendly. We saw rapidly diminishing numbers of bugs after the first visit and virtually none after that down to zero. Yet we were able to accomplish this without blasting the house with chemicals and irritating us or our pets. We also had a thorough termite treatment done inside and out.

This is the second time I have used Az Pest control. I was called and asked if I would like the service an hour earlier than scheduled, which was great. They showed up at the exact time as agreed upon. The service man was very concern about getting his booties on so nothing was tracked in my house. clearly explained the service both inside and out. I was pleased with service and will use again.

It is a two part treatment, the provider did the job as asked, was on time, friendly, and professional. My complaint would be that the treatments did not help.

The people were very nice and professional. My only complaint is, it seems like we have more spiders than ever, and still had red ants in the back yard. Not sure if they just didn't spray for those particular kinds of pests, or what.

Got this with a special for $61. The special said they would spray inside and out. (I'm not very sure about the date that the service took place.) They came when they said they would, looked and acted professionally, and sprayed. They were here approximately 15 minutes and said they sprayed everything. Not very long for a thorough spray in my estimation. A week later, I still had bugs getting in the house. I called to let them know. They said to wait a while for the poison to take effect. When I still had bugs getting in, I called again. They made another excuse--they shined me on. I felt I paid in good faith for a service that didn't work.

My original overall score for them was a D and I have now upgraded that to an A
After leaving the above review, I received a call from customer service. He was sorry I had a bad experience and promised to make it right. He sent out someone who really listened to me this time and spent quite a lot of time making sure he got everything. He even found an access area to under the house that I didn't know existed. He also came back three weeks later to follow up and respray. I haven't seen any bugs. They seem to have been successful this time. I think that you can tell the quality of a company by how they handle problems. Once my problem got noticed by the right person, everything was well taken care of. I was impressed. I will call them again in the spring.
