Mike Coyle was here on time as scheduled. He is always friendly and has kind words. He did his job in a reasonable amount of time. He is always professional and takes his job seriously.

Called them for termite inspection and treatment. A nice lady called me back and setup an appointment at my convenience. The inspector got here on time. He conducted himself very professional, very nice clean guy and knew what he was talking about. Gave me a quote, the price was right and they came back to do the work. Very smooth transaction.

They come every month and we don't have bugs in our house.

We were very pleased with their service. They drilled holes in the floor and pumped stuff under the home. We have not a seen a termite since.

The spray contains a certain birth control for roaches and for general pests. We continue to use their services. They are reasonable. They do a really good clean out of roaches and have a good system for it.

They were very helpful and knowledgeable. When we discovered a bee hive and swarm in our tree, the technician came out within a few hours and took care of the situation right away. He captured most of the bees and took them to his own hives. We haven't had any problems since. The second time we discovered a string of termites hanging from the ceiling. They gave us an estimate and answered our questions on one visit and returned soon after to treat the area. Each time they were prompt, friendly and professional.

They do bee service, looking for pack rats, and come out if I see something in the house I do not like. They do inside and outside. I have been using them now for about 10 years.

They were good. The termites were gone and I have been three years termite free.

Scheduling the service call was easy and quick. Due to some scheduling mistake they came at the wrong time and no one was home but they called and left a voice mail saying they had missed me. I called the office when I got that voice mail and they quickly assured me that someone would be out at the correct time that same day. In fact the tech arrived 20 minutes early which was fine. The tech was quick, efficient and clear in explaining how long it would take for the chemicals to dry etc before letting my dog loose. He explained my options for additional future treatments without a hard sell.

As part of our rental agreement, we had to have the house sprayed for bugs before turning the keys in to the rental agent. I called a few different companies, but no one else offered just a basic spray inside and out at a price I thought was affordable. The gentleman from Arizona Pest Control arrived promptly at the time scheduled, went right to work, and even gave me tips on what bugs I might find in the area of town I was moving to and how to control them.

They always let us know when they are coming but we don?t have to be here because the traps are outside and they leave the bill in the door. I like that I no longer have rats on my roof; we haven?t had any trouble since they started. We are happy with their service and we will continue using them.

They are excellent. They are very prompt and reliable. They are there when they say they are going to be there. They generally get a card out reminding you that they would be coming out to give us a date and will ask us to call them if we don?t want on that day. We usually get it the day after they come. They are really good and are very pleasant people. They always knock and say that they are here so that you don?t have to worry about somebody just coming out. I did a little research about their price before I decided to use them. I would definitely use their services in the future too.

I first hired Arizona Pest Control in November 2006 when my home had visible signs of termite activity. Prior to hiring this company I called around to several termite companies (for prices and service) and checked with the Better Business Bureau and Angie's List before making my final selection. The gentleman arrived on time, gave me an estimate, and explained the process to me. He even set me up on a payment plan (initial payment was $1100 (11/2006). The day of the termite treatment the two workers arrived on time. Because they had to drill into the outside walls they offered to paint over the areas in the wall if I provided the paint,which I did. I recommended them to a friend to do her home and she was so impressed with the service and professionalism that she had them to service several of her rental properties.

I have a contract with them and they come out once in a month. They are very good. The salesperson that had come out was very personable and knowledgeable. He was very good to talk.

They arrived promptly when they said they would be here. The technician was courteous and very professional. When there was a concern he arrived at the end of the working day, and he checked and explained what was going on and his minimal correction in a poisoned food station.

The product they use is very good and they stand behind it. They are trust worthy and accommodating when it comes to scheduling, and they call before they come out. They have a very personable staff.

After asking for an estimate from representative doing treatment next door, he agreed to come out tomorrow. He showed up on time and completed treatment.

Jeff arrived at the assigned time and did a thorough inspection of our property, inside and out. He presented a plan of action to remedy any of the pests we need to be rid of. He advised us of measures to take to prevent re-occurrence. He sprayed for pests. We agreed to sign a service agreement and the company will send a serviceman in a month and bi-monthly following that. The work is 100% guaranteed so we are promised that if we discover any live bugs they will return immediately for an application outside the routine maintenance.

I was extremely glad to have found this company years ago to get rid of my termites. They now come once a year to inspect the area around my 1200 square foot home to make sure this pest never comes back. This acts like an insurance policy for me in case I need them to get rid of termites again, and if this is the case I pay nothing more.

AZ Pest Control bought the customer list from my long-time exterminator who was moving out of state. I require that the exterminator come at 7:00 a.m. so that I can get the dogs in and out and leave for work by 8. The first month was fine. After that, it was a different person each time, never at 7:00 a.m. sharp, didnt show up on week, didnt appear to cover the rooms or outdoors very well, and finally didnt come by 7:30 a.m. on about the 6th month, so I stopped using them. Some months, Id get a reminder card and/or phone call, some months nothing. Inconsistent service isnt acceptable.

Work was performed professionally and the problem was resolved.

THIS COMPANY WAS VERY UNDERSTANDING OF OUR PROBLEM. THEY WORKED IN A TIMELY MANNER AND THEY ANSWERED ANY QUESTIONS THAT WE HAD ABOUT THE CHEMICALS THEY USE.

WE USED THIS COMPANY TO REMOVE SOME PIGEONS NEST FROM OUR PROPERTY. THE MAN WHO CAME OUT EXPLAINED TO US WHY WE WERE HAVING THIS PROBLEM, AND WHAT TO DO TO PREVENT IT.
