There was an issue with the coating applied to the basin of the shower. It started peeling almost immediately. They did come back and fix the problem, but the total timeline for installation was extended. Overall, I am pleased with the remodel.

They came in to remove a cheap surround incorrectly installed by another company. They listened to our problems and suggested solutions, then did an excellent job of installing and making sure we were 100% happy before leaving. They even vacuumed the floor and hallway and removed all the debris before leaving!
