Due to COVID-19 they were slow to get started and intermittent on completing the work. I don't know if this would not have occurred if we were not in the middle of a pandemic. They did good work when here, including extra work in the installation to meet my esthetic preferences and adapt to unique features I expect to be much happier over the years of using the system because I choose a company willing to go the extra mile to satisfy the customer.

Very pleased with 2 new HVAC systems. They were very knowledable recommending and installing the correct equipment to meet our needs. Technicians were knowledable did a great job. They did a through cleanup and haul away of the old equipment. High end units for a great price.

These guys were outstanding. The install took a little longer than expected as they didn't bring a high altitude kit for the furnace and had to drive from Flagstaff to Phoenix to pick one up. While this left us without heat for the night, we were offered a hotel or space heaters which they went to Walmart to pick up 3 for our family to use during the night, which was very much appreciated. With the exception of that delay, the work was exemplary. We had both a furnace and a/c install. It was done efficiently and with care. Any mess was completely cleaned before departure. Both installers were pleasant and explained everything before the install took place. I would use them again myself and recommend them without hesitation.

Very punctual and their staff is very efficient

Employees were hard workers, and very polite. They followed through with commitment. They were concerned that we were satisfied with the installation. I haven't had a chance to run the equipment yet as I had to replace my service panel, which was completed today. I would recommend Alltech Solutions.

Alltech offered the best price for a new AC/Furnace unit by far. They had no problem servicing our home up near Payson and in fact, delivered and installed during a significant snow storm in late January. The technicians were very friendly and were not bothered by the weather conditions although it made their work more difficult. They clearly wanted to take care of us and get us up and running and they did. I would definitely recommend their team.

They listened to me, unlike the ripoff ambient edge, these guys are honest and listen to your needs, someone you can trust and won't rip you off.

Very professional

The team that came out to my home, took tume to explain alot of what they were doing. Despite all of my questions and my hovering, they remained pleasant and professional.. They did not leave until the AC was complete, cleanup was done, and the system was blowing cold.. All of this and a great price.. Would def. Recommend..

After struggling to obtain a decent quote from other companies, I made contact with Hoss who took the time to go in depth to explore my options to replace my 23 years AC and Heat Pump system. Few days later, after agreeing on an attractive price, the crew showed up on time in my remote area, did a clean job while being friendly. What else to ask for? Very happy customer here!

The manager was great, the product amazing! He gave me a bid over the phone for his recommended AC for my house and had it installed two days later. My old AC wasn’t nearly as good as this new one and the price was right! However the guys who did the install were late, unfriendly and when they left for their hour lunch on a 106 hot day they were actually gone for two hours leaving us in the heat making my room where the cats were locked up 100 degrees, and the rest the house 96! They also failed to turn our gas back on before leaving Otherwise I’d give them 5 stars.
