Affordable Fence and Gate

Everything went fantastic. From the estimate, to the discussion of what our options were, ending up with a tricky installation due to our bowed block wall - it could not have gone better. We now have two beautiful gates that both lock. We also have a little door opening so I can see out since I can't see over the gate!

Everything went great. Gate is installed and looks gorgeous. Installers clearly took care to place it perfectly level and clean. The gate itself is gorgeous. Iron frame has a textured paint, and synthetic wood planks in the middle. Very happy with the result!

I was 10 minutes late for the estimate and the gentleman was just leaving, he was very kind to have waited for me.  The estimate went well he asked me questions another company didn't.  I was/am very happy with the end result.  If I need another gate or a pool enclosure I will definitely call them.

Affordable Fence and Gate did an excellent job for us.  They came out the same day we saw them in their showroom and gave us a bid right there.  I don't know if they are the cheapest, but they do good work and we found that we can rely on them - and that is worth a lot to us.  
We only live in Tucson part time, so we asked that they send us a couple of photos to show the work was completed.  They showed up on the scheduled day and completed the work to a high standard.  We received the photos and made payment.  
Later, when we were back in Tucson, we noticed the gate's latch was different than we thought.  The gate and fence looked great and they had cleaned up after themselves.  The latch issue could have been our misunderstanding, and not a mistake.  Even so, Affordable Fence & Gate said no problem.  They went back and swapped out the latch for the one we thought we were getting and mailed us the keys.  They truly want to make sure their customers are satisfied.  It is great doing business with such a fine outfit.

Excellent. Affordable Fence and Gate quickly responded and scheduled an estimate for the work we wanted done. Krystle  quickly contacted us and scheduled the estimate for the date and time convenient for us. 
Ron came out on December 30th and listened to what we wanted done and made some wonderful recommendations. He quickly was able to take our information and submit draft drawings. He arrived with samples of their work and supplied us with an estimate that same day.  We had several other contractors supply quotes and based on Affordable Fence and Gate responsiveness, workmanship samples, pricing, and professional we contracted them for the work.  They estimated 4 to 6 weeks delivery, however they completed the project within 2 weeks and scheduled the install this week ( January 13th).
Installers arrived as scheduled and completed the install with 2 1/2 hours. The product is even better than we had envisioned and we are completely satisfied with their work. 
Would highly recommend this company. They are locally owned, fabricate their own gates and enclosures, and do not skimp on quality or try to nickle and time the consumer.

Fabulous: very professional and friendly.  Krystal in the office was lovely.  The installation happened when we were away, so we came home to a wonderful gate.  We get lots of compliments on it.  We would definitely use them again if we needed any thing else, like a security door.

From that very first email with Krystal in the office, I knew this was the company we wanted to do business with. Her VERY detailed and quick response via email to my questions was a very rare find! We were impressed from the beginning with her and then took a trip to the showroom. She worked with us on our wants/needs and we went to work designing something just for us! She was ALWAYS available for any questions we had and we received very quick responses too, even with how busy she always was. We really, really appreciated that special attention and she never made us feel as if we were asking too many questions.
Jeff came out and did the rough measurements and gave us the quote. The price was a bit more than we had anticipated, but we knew that with the treatment we had received up to that point that this was the company we wanted to do business with and we proceeded with the order.
Then came the time to have the team come and measure the gate and front enclosure. That continued professionalism and punctuality was also there. They arrived on time and were super, super nice.
We had requested that since we were doing a custom design that they take a few photos before doing the final welding. They did that for us and we worked with the shop foreman to make a few changes to our original design and he nailed it for us!!! His creativity along with Jeff's suggestions really added to our original design and made it even better!!!
Install day was exciting for us and when we first saw it we were even more excited!!! It is just gorgeous and adds so much to the front of our home and not to mention allowing us to keep the front door open to have the air move freely throughout our home. An extra bonus is that the enclosure also looks just as beautiful when you are standing inside of our home!
Our advice to anyone looking for a front security door, gate, fencing, etc........ ABSOLUTELY call this company and have them work with you. You WILL NOT regret it! It has been an absolute pleasure working with everyone associated with this company and we cannot recommend them highly enough!
We know that if we have any issues in the future this company will be there for us.

I visited the showroom in May to get a rough estimate of what the gate replacement. I set up an appointment for May 19 to have the gates measured and to get an estimate. I reviewed the brochure I was given and went out to the web to select the gate I wanted.

Ron arrived on time. He asked me some questions about my needs and then measured the gates. Once I showed him the gate I wanted, he prepared the estimate. Ron was very professional and pleasant. He answered all my questions and explained what I didn't understand.

I received a call early in June advising my gates were ready for installation on June 11.

The installers arrived on time and introduced themselves. They immediately got to the task of installing the gates.

Before they left I was asked to inspect the gates. I was very satisfied with the work done and very pleased with the looks of the gates.

Everything went well, the company had a cancellation and were able to install the gate about 10 days earlier than expected, they were timely and the gate looks quite nice. Since the condo is in an HOA it did have to conform to certain restrictions on style and color and they did an excellent job of matching everything up.

It went great. I choose the gate from their catalog and it looks fantastic! I couldn't be more pleased. I would like to add a picture but don't know how.

We had some initial confusion getting the appointment set up. However, after that everything went smoothly. We basically told the sales person what we wanted and he drew it up. The gate/fence was delivered and meticulously installed. It turned out beautifully and we get lots of compliments from our neighbors. And the price was reasonable.

I selected Affordable Fence for my security screen door after visiting 4 other highly rated door manufacturers in Tucson.
First, the quality of the door and workmanship was the best of the 5. Welds were clean and smooth, the frame of the door was square and constructed of the same gauge material as the others I saw. The finish (powder coated) was smooth and even.
Second, the designs they had were more to my liking than others and they will modify or build to your plans.
Third, the showroom was clean, uncluttered and showed many examples of their products.
Fourth, the business is a family run business, and all the people I had contact with were extremely professional, knowledgeable and friendly. They were prompt in when they came to measure and estimate the job, and in their delivery and installation.
Fifth, the price for the door was approximately $400 less than the others I saw, and there were no add-ons from the original estimate. A couple of the other companies did want to add-on additional cost for the same finish I had from Affordable Fence.
The door they delivered and installed was of the same quality as that I saw in the showroom, and the installation was clean.
I would highly recommend them to anyone. Visit their showroom and see for yourself.

As I was out of town the pool contractor recommended Affordable Fence and Gates. An initial estimate was provided to the pool contractor and forwarded to me. After viewing images of the proposed gate I decided to contract the installation. The official quote was $100 higher than the estimate given to the pool contractor. I pointed this out to Affordable Fence and it was explained that the price quoted to the pool contractor was a contractors price but they would honor the original price. The fence was installed on the date promised and it passed inspection. All this was done while i was out of town. When I returned and saw the gate for the first time, I liked the look of the hate, however it was out of alignment and did not self-latch. I called Affordable fence and the owner came out two days later and the issue was fixed for free within a couple of hours. They did not have to do this as it appears the pool construction crew caused the misalignment.

We are adopting out of the foster care system and found that even though our fence was within the requirements of Pima County it did not meet the requirements of the adoption board which requires it to be five feet tall instead of four and a half feet. We went to their shop and spoke to Lynn and she gave us an estimate of what it would cost to do all the work. Ron came out two days later and measured everything and gave me a quote that was almost spot on with the estimate. Then right before they did the build at their shop Jeff came out and measured one more time just to make sure that everything was just as we wanted it and that the measurements were correct (the measure twice cut once deal that my husband is always telling me about). We had an install date but I had to have surgery so they worked with me to make the install when I was able. They worked around my schedule and I did not have to pay them anything until the build was done. When they came out to install the fence they completed the work ahead of schedule. The workers were prompt, cheerful, courteous and cleaned up so that it looked like they had never even been there. I would highly recommend them to anyone needing any kind of fencing done.

His show room if the best in Tuscon. They don't try to sell you something. They really try to help you get what you need for your home. The guy that came out to measure has been doing this for 30 years so you know you can always trust him on changes that he recommends. He also has a great group of guys that really know what they are doing. They come back and make sure you are alright and they don't put you off just because you have a question. They are special. What they have is gorgeous and reasonable. They also have recycled wood that is great for the touch, especially with the heat.

Fast and Easy. Called, decided on design, color and hardware. They stopped by while I was at work to measure and I had it installed within 2 1/2 weeks from placing the order. Very professional. Beautiful door.
