I would give them 5 stars. They were pretty good. They were very reasonable. It was an A. They did a good job. I would absolutely use them in the future.

I have been with them for several years now. It's the only place I would take my Honda to. They are that good. They just keep the car in perfect shape. I'm nursing along a car that's 15 years old and it's my last car. I don't drive at night anymore. I just make short trips to the local prescription office when I need refills and that sort of thing. I am transferring over to mail order because I just don't like to drive too much anymore. I only drive a few miles a year. My 15 year old car needs some small things and they have actually kept it going. When I do drive out, I never worry about the car failing or that I am going to get stuck on the road. Prior to this Honda, we've always had a Jeep Grand Wagoneer and when I finally would trade that off, I would be afraid to take a trip because I was wondering if something would go wrong. With Honda, I never think about it even though it is 15 years old. I could probably get it cheaper but I value their knowledge and their skill. They always find a way in having the car fixed. That's important rather than going somewhere and then having to go back again for something they forgot to do.

They are always good. They can service the higher grade car which most of car shops can't do. They are professional and nice.

Everyone is very customer oriented. They also do not leave any stone unturned. They have a very conscientious service department and do quality work. They do not force any other work on my unless I want it done. They are also very good with their time estimates. I have been satisfied with service.

They're very accommodating, clean facilities. I've been going there a number of years, since 2006.

I like that I never have to make an appointment for the service. They have a quick service line for oil changes. I usually wait and have it back within 45 minutes and wash my car also.

When I called they said they are going to pick it up for an hour. When they showed up, they said that it will take an hour and a half but it took a little more than that. I liked that they had bottled refreshments in the waiting area.

Tempe Honda was close and I was looking for a Honda. I actually ended up buying an Acura. The salesman was very friendly. He still calls me 3 years later.

I thought they were just as good as Angie's List said they were. When I go to Honda dealers, I usually just go with what they recommend because I have a 2000 Honda Odyssey van and it's the most trouble free car I've had in my whole life. I don't like to be surprised when I go out and have car problems at my age. Trustworthy service on a car these days is about that price. I called them one day and they had me in the shop the next afternoon.

They have been real good. They fix it right away. They also gave him a loner car for free. We could stop in an ask them how to work all the gadget on the car and they were so nice to explain it to us. They have fix little things for us for free. We had a blinking light we didn't know what it was, and they showed us what it was and they fixed it for us.

I had to go see someone else about the rotator pads they had done because there was problem with them.

All went smoothly.

I made an offer to Tempe Honda online before going to dealership. Price was excepted before going to dealership. They did not try to push any additonal services.

They are very friendly and they always do a good job. They know their product and can locate potention problems. They are good with scheduling and can get me in right away. I think their prices are comparable to other mechanics, which is another reason that we keep taking our car there.

All the people I dealt with were satisfactory. The sales man was not pushy and was knowledgeable and knew the pros and cons of the vehicles. They are easy to deal with. This experience was very pleasant.
